Gives me options when traveling - great for car and on roads temp housing

Love the mobility! Great radio! Great price! Never listen to regular FM radio again!

It provides so much more sound. Wish it was more slender (not as tall) to go in front of TV.

The price at Best was outstanding and the installation was terrific, the guys did a great job gave me exactly what I wanted and the location in auto is perfect, I am sold on Best Buy....they went beyond expectations.

The product was easy to install and I didnt even mount it to the outside of the car. It mounted to the dash with a little velcro and worked with no problems. Now I can take it from car to car with no trouble. The only thing I HATE is the cost of the service.

Our XM Xpress RCI died after almost 4 years. Really wanted this radio again because it was best i've used but is not offered at Best Buy anymore. We had the extended warranty so had to use our credit here and choose from the available models. Of the choices the Onyx plus was the best unit. The FM connection is much nicer than what we had to "rig" in the past. It gets fuzzy like any other FM station if there's conflict but overall is pretty solid. When changing channels it will restart the song when tuned which is nice. Navigating the channels could be easier as you have to hold the number key and then type the numbers and press select to change. On the Xpress there was a knob you could turn and press to fly through the channels. Also you have to go by category and then scroll instead of going through them individually. If this radio would adopt the knob feature of the Xpress then it would easily be the best radio out there. As is, it is the best of the available XM radios.

I had an old xm radio and finally upgraded to this one when my power cord broke. This radio is like night and day difference. You can pause a song and rewind or when you switch to a new channel it starts the song from the beginning. I would highly recommend this radio.

this device works pretty good. setup was easy I did it on my cell phone while in the car. the activation time was much faster than previous units. its easy to use also. antenna could have been better

We've been XM subscribers for a long time and our cars are not new. Having the Delphi Roady XT before, it was time to upgrade to take advantage of the developments in what is delivered. Simple and easy to set up, blends in well, offers a ton of information and the replay function. Which is great when it is one of your songs you love, maybe not so much when it's your 8 year old's favorite song...

The unit is easy to set up. The antenna is weak. If you go under an overpass the signal cuts out. If the module at the end, that is the antenna receiver itself, must be pointed straight up or no signal is picked up. This sucks on my motorcycle. Leaning makes the signal cut out. Not real excited about the music programming either.

I've been a Sirius subscriber for over ten years; before the merger when Sirius and XM were competitors. I low key miss those days but that's neither hear nor there. Needless to say I've had a few cars over the past decade. From factory prewired units to external plug and play units, I've had my share of different user experiences. So to specifically address the plug and play units, this particular unit has to be the best I've owned. The portability and UI are unmatched by the lesser units. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I haven't had the opportunity to interface with the touchscreen edition. Who knows? Maybe that's the best one; even though screen seems a bit small for a good comfortable user experience. Keep in mind I say that without having even seen one in person; only pics online.

I like that I can move this between the car and the house. The only problem is the antenna. I didn't stop to think that F150's are no longer made so that a magnet will not attach... I have to put the antenna on the dash and it slides around.

Easy to set up and operate. Bought this to replace an old model that went bad.

I use it in my Car and in my work shed while I’m outside on weekends.

So far this radio has worked great , very easy to hook up and sounds great .
