If you plan on using this in the house, always on the dock, with a remote, and an always-on power source, you’ll enjoy this radio. It can receive all the satellite channels and streaming channels, and the pandora integration is not terrible.
For all other use cases, this radio is a huge disappointment. No battery, long boot up times, kludgey and occasionally unresponsive UI—better to leave this one in the house or skip it altogether

This was a great upgrade from my previous sirius xm radio. I was able to use the power and antenna cable's from my previous setup.
Sound is clear and it has a lot more options. My only knock against it is that it takes a couple of minutes to tune in everytime I turn it on. Other than that its a great radio.

The satellite radio works well. The installation was easy. The only complication was calling Sirius radio and having them connect the radio receiver. My wife enjoys listening to our favorite channels.

My new Kia Sportage did not come with satellite radio built in for some perplexing reason so I was forced to buy one. The Tour radio is perfect, easy to set up and activate and Best Buy did a great job installing it. I just wish it had a remote but other than that it's perfect

I bought this for my boyfriend because he was only able to have a single din radio in his vehicle. A touchscreen or double din would not have fit. I thought this would be a nice little addition to have a little touchscreen but also have SiriusXM radio.
First, this is a great concept and it was pretty easy to install. Running the wires and hiding them was the most "difficult" part.
The downfalls of this have been the lower budger touchscreen on the device. It's responsive but dont expect for it to feel like a Phone Touch Screen. Also we ran the AUX cable that was includes from the Sirius XM radio to the New Single Din Radio and it picks up a lot of static using the AUX cord.

The good: Design, easy to read display.
The bad: 1. It takes way to long to power up. Over a minute after I jump in my car and go before it boots itself up. It’s too long and it’s annoying. My previous devices did not have this long delay to start up. 2. My favorites won’t always appear. Then the next trip, they reappear. Not sure what that is about. 3. Sometimes the FM frequency doesn’t pick up and all I get is static. I have to power down and restart.
I regret not getting the same device I had last time, the onyx.

Receiver takes several minutes to load. Have a harder time getting a Sat signal than with my older cheaper receiver that my wife had. A weakened signal will not play music, but will not change to wifi via tour mobile device unless it has no signal at all. Plus it will not let you manually switch between Sat and Wifi, without manually disconnecting the antenna. You need to use your mobile hot spot on your mobile device to get all the extra features, and somethings it cannot find the hot spot. Also, occasionally the receiver will either completely scramble the order of your preset channels and when you manually rearrange them back. It willl not save it.and force you to erase all your preset channels and start over. You better reinstall them in the proper order, or it might not let you reorder them. Finally every so often, it will not show your presets and force you to restart the receiver to recover them. Do not waste your money

I'm really pleased with everything about the serius radio except losing a signal for no apparent reason. It's only for a second or two so you don't miss anything.

As noted by others, beautiful looking screen and graphics. Also as noted, super slow to boot up. And browsing for channels is tedious and lacks information (like trying to find a baseball game you can’t just scroll through as before because all it tells you is generic channel description). I wanted to love this radio, still do really, but it’ll be going back.

This is the top of the line plug and play item from Sirius XM. However if you are a delivery driver ( like me) do not buy this. Everytime you shut off the motor of your car it take this unit at least 3 minutes to power up. Very aggravating. So pizza guys, door dash, grub hub, jimmy johns ect ect stay away from this.

Reason I didn’t give this a 5 start rating a few things one the start up time when you first power up , the other not a lot of instructions for example how to program pandora stations , I’m sure there is a lot you can do , but its not explained.

This radio was a replacement for an older radio that I have owned for over 4 years. The upgrade is much better than my previous. I enjoy the larger screen and touch screen capability.
