Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It is shocking to see that their mower nearly has a 4-star rating; it has no business even being for sale and is 2-star at the very best. Let me tell you some of the reasons: 1. The biggest problem is it simply lacks the necessary power to consistently cut grass. It will turn off constantly because it gets clogged and thus interrupted. This is compounded if you let the grass get any more than a week of growth. The mower also cannot run at its lowest cutting length because it will just shut off constantly, presumably because it makes the clogging problem worse. And since they give you such a small bag to hold your clippings, this just makes it more likely to clog with grass clippings, again triggering it turn off. In short, expect to be re-starting your mower over and over again while mowing. Bonus: it will spit lawn clippings out onto your yard each time it turns off, which is obviously a plus when you're trying to bag them in your tiny mowing bag. 2. The second big issue is the battery. It will barely have enough charge to mow just an average sized lawn when it is freshly new, and it quickly loses its ability to hold a charge in just a year or so of use. I've now gone through a replacement battery that alone cost $100, and it is already losing its efficacy after just a few months of use. Seriously, just don't buy this mower. Ignore the other reviewers, and pick something else, I've had this for three years now and totally regret it. I will probably suffer through using it another year since I just bought a replacement battery, but you don't have to, just buy something else. I think this would only be suitable for an extremely small yard, and only if you mow your yard at very short lengths.
