Also, the size of the pads would be more convenient if they could be resized.

I wish they stayed cooler for longer. The pads also don't feel cold enough but the product looks well made and the pads are reusable so I gave it 3 stars.

It was a great thought and I was super excited for it, but ended up having to go back to purchasing the individual pouches due to them not sticking after two uses

When I grabbed it off the shelf I did not realize it was by conair, if I had I might have left it where it was. The pads do get cold but it lasts about 5 seconds when applied and the station on lasts about 2 uses per charge. If this was $19.99 it might have been acceptable but for $60 it was a rip off.

The only way this thing cools is if y put them in a fridge , the gel things don’t even stick to the skin. Keep your money !!!!
