These are great over the ear headphones overall. The sound clarity is great after doing the custom EQ sound test and using music/movie modes as needed. I’m really impressed with the clarity during movies/shows and non bass heavy songs. Do not just use factory settings for EQ as the clarity is much better after doing the personalized sound test. I really like how it’s easy to adjust the bass with the dial on the side so you don’t have to constantly go to the app when the song genre changes. The haptic feedback from bass is very immersive and makes music feel like it’s live and movies like you’re at the theater. Battery life has been awesome. Had them almost a month and still at 38% following the initial charge up and I use them almost every night before bed. The app is intuitive and easy to use. The customizable button controls are a nice touch but need to be pressed at just the right tempo between presses to activate the desired functions at times. The set factory controls work every time though. Only downside of these headphones is the ANC is not as powerful as Sony or Bose but is still very effective especially when a song or movie is playing. I’d say it cuts about 40-50% of the ambient sounds when no music is playing and 80-90% when music is playing. No spatial audio but movie mode works really well for this purpose. Highly recommend if you like sound clarity but also want quickly adjustable bass when desired. If you strictly want the best ANC, choose another brand such as Sony or Bose.

I recently got the Skullcandy Crusher Evo headphones, and they totally changed my listening experience for the better. Right out of the box, they feel solid and comfy — the padded ear cups cover my ears completely, and the headband is cushy enough to wear for hours without discomfort. The sound is immediately noticeable: deep, powerful bass that doesn’t overpower the rest of the music. Bass-heavy tracks feel alive — you feel the beat in your chest. But what I love most is the customizable audio profile: using the adjustable bass slider, I can dial down or dial up bass depending on what I’m listening to — from punchy hip-hop beats to more balanced acoustic songs. I also noticed clear mids and highs when I switch away from heavy bass tracks, so vocals and instruments remain sharp and natural instead of muddy. For gaming and streaming, Crusher Evo works great too. Gunshots, footsteps, ambient noises — everything feels richer and more immersive. Streaming music and watching shows also feel more cinematic. I returned the crusher headset only because it didn't have playback or skip buttons. Theres a option for voice activation however i could not get it to activate on my Samsung Galaxy 25 plus. The ear cups are just a little bit small for people with bigger ears.The vibration from the bass was intense at times with songs that amp up there bass so definitely use a loud adjustment setting if you device has the option. There a personal hearing test to adjust the sound for a person's hearing ability. I must say the hearing test was the best one I ever experienced and it really excelled my expectations. The sound after completing the hearing test was definitely a improvement. The other competitors need to take notes because other headsets that offer a hearing test don't compare from my experience. Infact i couldn't tell any difference with other products. So in conclusion please add playback and skip buttons. If possible please make bigger ear cups or offer a option for requesting bigger cups.

I’ve been using the Skullcandy ANC2 headphones for a while now, and they’ve seriously impressed me in almost every way. Bro, if you're the type of person who looks for the best but doesn't want to spend a fortune, these headphones are the best for me. In terms of sound, battery life, and price, they truly surprised me. I own Bose headphones and Beats Studio, and these easily surpass them. And a bonus is the bass, which you can adjust to your liking. I could say more, like the battery that seems to last forever. In short, I highly recommend them.

Bought these for my wife for part of her Christmas. She’s a bass nerd. So, I figured these would be good from what I’ve heard. Let me say these are some of the hardest hitting headphones we’ve ever tried! Felt like I had 2 skar 12s on my head! The audio quality is pretty decent too! Thought it was 2x as good as my Beats Studio pros! Skull candy has definitely came a long way, and I would highly recommend these to anyone!

Best gym headphones point blank period they were recommended to me by a friend who since passed and when they let me try them I had drop everything to get em myself completely changed my workout intensity with that crusher bass my ears will NOT last to my 40’s lol

I had purchased a version of the headphones online when I came into the store to pick it up. There was a hiccup. They accommodated the situation beautifully. I can never complain about Best Buy’s customer service thank you.

Bought these for my best friend and she says "theyre the nicest pair I've ever owned". We love how durable skullcandy headphones are and the long battery life is awesome. We both use them for work and home + working out and have to recharge maybe 2x a week. We both love bass in rock/metal/EDM and the soubd quality on these DELIVERS. I find them confortable to sleep in and use for white noise as well. Overall will come back to Skullcandy headphones every time!

Overall, the headphones are very good, l got them at a very good price of 140 dollars. The bass, its amazing. Active noise cancellation is not the best but it does the job. The transparency mode, or “stay aware mode” which is what skullcandy calls it, its pretty good. On low volume though. if you have bass on and its on medium volume, you still have to take your headphones off. But the main problem with these headphones is that when l charge it, it sometimes may not charge so make sure to check that it’s actually charging. But overall, its pretty good. Would consider

If you're old enough to remember the Walkman super sound and bass. These are awesome bass, clear crisp sounds, covers your entire ear, it took me way back. I compared the Sony, beats, Bose. These beat them all out. Best buy has them all out on display to sample all the products. I kept going back to these. It has a bass dial to amplify the bass from 20 to 80 percent, and you can adjust the level with the dial. I'm very satisfied with these and glad I bought them. Download the app to get all the settings then you can remove it, but why would you I don't know. Eat to learn easy to skip music and clear conversation while on the phone. Takes a lot for me to feel a product is with the money. These are definitely worth more than what I bought them for. Awesome job Skullcandy keep it up

I chose the Crusher ANC 2's over the Sennheiser Momentum 4, Beats Solo, Sony XM4, and Sony XB910N headphones. The ANC 2's are able to provide rich sound without the need to excessively turn the volume up, although the ANC 2's have plenty of volume when you want it. They deliver quality sound and plenty of bass. The other headphones mentioned cannot provide the bass the ANC 2's can. The ANC feature does the job for me, but does fall short of other headphones. The battery life is excellent and I appreciate the feature of being able to control numerous controls via voice commands. No getting the headphones grubby while working in the yard. They feel like a solid pair of headphones, and I find them to be comfortable for extended periods of time. Controls are easy to find and adjust. It's a treat to watch action movies with these. The bass really adds to the experience.

Bought these as a Christmas gift for my teen son. Straight out of the box he was really impressed with the bass and said "they're so good". He uses them during wrestling tournaments where there's lots of yelling, ref whistles, etc., so the noise cancelling is fantastic.

INSANE Haptic Bass. Definitely not for everyone. I had several coworkers and my girlfriend try these and they immediately said they weren’t for them. With that being said I probably won’t buy another type of headphones. I listen to lots of metal and EDM. These shine more with music that uses 808s. They will actually melt your face off and you will experience fatigue after extended listening. Bass heads look no further, these are unmatched. Overall quality for the price is top notch, soft materials that don’t appear cheap, buttons feel very solid and easily accessible.

The headphones are not super heavy, so they dont weigh you down. I wear them to workout, and I am glad I made the switch to these. They offer excellent sound quality. If you are considering giving them a try, I highly recommend.
