    Worst 123Media software

    I purchased 123Media software, so I can copy music from Youtube. The software has lots error and unpredictable result. you can not move song out of their file. keep pupping up duplicate songs. I emailed tech support, but they could not solve issue. They recommend for me to return the software back to best buy. I wasted two days to do simple thing, I would not recommend buying the software, keep your money.

    Stopped working after a month

    I went the wireless headphone route for the gym. Initially these worked great. After about 3 weeks I noticed they would die after only 2 hours of use, even though they had charged overnight. About 2 weeks after that they stopped working altogether. The power indicator light doesn't even go on. I know these are on the inexpensive end of wireless headphones but I thought I'd get more than 5-6 weeks.

    I began using these headphones in the beginning on May. They worked perfectly fine and didn’t have any difficulties with the product. Until the yesterday when only the left side only worked. They only lasted a month and I am truly disappointed. I will never purchase this item again.

    I bought these based on the review which was like 4.2 at the time. I have tried the headphones with both the small and larger ear cushions, both are uncomfortable. I could not stand to use them for more than half an hour. It could be my ears but the original iPhone headphones fit just fine with minimal discomfort after several hours of use. Just spend the extra $10 and get the apple headphones imo.

    Bought these to replace my spare iphone earbuds which fell apart after several years. In short, these sound awful in comparison. The sound quality is nowhere near as rich. There is no "wide range of quality sound" nor "rich, deep bass". The fit is also terrible. Seems you have to shove them into your ear canals for them to stay put. Not sure how one could workout with these. They fell out of my ears after walking 3-4 steps.

    If you plan on using these at the gym, buy a different set. Body sweat makes the in line controls short out and cause voice control commands on iPhone to constantly come on. The left earbud also started to go in and out then finally decided to just stop working completely. For $20 I expected theses to last a whole lot longer than two months. Stay away from this garbage.

    Don't be fooled if these show up when searching for Blutooth ear buds. Cause they are NOT. I didn't realize that until I opened the package so now I can't return them. Plus they aren't compatible with an iphone since they don't have this kind of jack. WASTE OF MONEY.

    How these came recommended by a Best Buy staff member I have no idea. Not that I'm a fan of these either, but the employee went as far as to say they were better than the standard Apple earbuds. I dislike them both, but SkullCandy came nowhere close to competing. Hands down the worst sound quality ever. It's criminal they even charge for these, regardless of how cheap they are.

    I was so excited for these headphones and when they finally shipped in I wasn't disappointed. I'm a student so these come in handy when walking about campus, at the rec, and tuning out annoying roommates. However, less than 4 months of ownership and usage the sound went out.!! GRRRRR It's all just a big waste, don't purchase if you don't want to keep buying headphones every few months!

    Put these into our iPad and the plug part broke of into the hole. It broke apart and pieces looked threaded.. We didn't use force do put headphones in...we have every headphone known to man and never had anything like this happen! Very upset..not sure if we can get iPad fixed. I don't even care about the cost of these cheap headphones!!!!!!!! We just want our iPad fixed.urghhhh!

    Thought i was in love with skullcandy ear buds sounds great in the beginning plays music loud and clear, microphone great. Until I noticed that after a very short time after I purchased them the speaker would blow and the cord shorts at the base of the plug. Purchased three separate occasions. Wasted to much money already Definitely will not be wasting another dime on this item.

    I bought these earbuds for my daughter in June. I thought they'd be good because of the brand but after 6 weeks, the left side stopped working. However, if she holds it in just the right position, the sound will at least flicker in and out a little on that side. I'm not sure that she's ever had earbuds break so quickly. Highly disappointed.

    The product is good IF you can get to it without damaging the product doing so, which is what we did. Best Buy would not replace the product because of this, but offered me a discount. It only took the manager 15 minutes to get the small package open. I contacted the manufacturer and they were happy to replace it.... I am not sure why Best Buy would not??

    This is the third pair of these I've owned and every time they work for a shorter period of time. I kept buying them because they sounded pretty good for a decent price but this recent pair lasted about a month before one of the earbuds stopped working. I'm done buying these. Going with another brand from now on.

    I bought these earbuds for my son and initially he really enjoyed them. The problem is these things DO NOT LAST! I’ve had to exchange these numerous times because one or both buds will stop working after a few weeks. Good thing I bought the protection plan. Guess I shouldn’t expect too much at this price point.

    I usually get the skull candy but in black. The store ran out of it, so I decided to get those. Planning to use my warranty. It causes my phone to ask for Siri even though when I take off the headphones it doesn't do that. It makes my music play faster. HORRIBLE! I never do these reviews and this is my first ever. That's how bad they are!!!!!!-.-

    I understand that these are $14, but come on people, the sound is terrible. Do you not like bass? If you don't mind a "tinny" sound and hate bass, then these earbuds are for you. If you have any sense of sound quality, spend a little more money and get something that makes your music sound as it should. I used them for a day and taking them back. Terrible.

    There are two kinds of earbuds for two different kinds of outer ears. These are meant to go into the outer ear canal, and didn't work for my wife. They just fell out. We got others that rest in the outer cavity (Panasonic) and they work just fine. Unfortunately, Best Buy doesn't stock that kind anymore, so we had to use Amazon.

    I purchased these headphones before a business trip. These are literally the worse headphones I’ve ever owned. When listening to my music, sitting still, in my airplane seat, my music kept skipping. When I tried walking around outside they were unusable. Couldn't hear anything. I had to buy new headphones.

    Sound went out after just a few months

    The sound in one headphone went out after only a few months. If I could find the receipt I'd try and return. Also, these headphones are NOT made for running. There is no volume control (even though BB employee told me that there was) and it's missing the little clip that you can use to clip to shirt. I would not recommend these headphones.
