I did a lot of research into these earbuds and for $90~ they are easily one of the best available for the price. I haven’t charged the case in days and they still have battery, they don’t fall out of the case when you drop them like my AirPods always would, the customization with the taps is far better than expected. Now for the downsides they are also a few. The first when your are trying to put them back in the case they are difficult at first, it seems like they were made like this because the designers thought you’d always have them on your pants like you would a lanyard because you have to put them back in the case upside down, this was quite annoying at times but now that I have them attached to my belt throughout the day I have 0 complaints. And the only other bad thing I can say about these is the left or right earbud not connecting when you put them straight in your ear. 9 out of 10 times both will connect no issue but sometimes when I take them both out of the case then put them into my ear one of them won’t be connected so I’ll have to put it back into the case close it and try again until it does. Like I said it’s only every other time so not that much of a problem either. And then the only other thing I have to say is that the ANC(Active Noise Cancellation) is quite good for the price of the earbuds without anything playing you will still be able to hear some things but when listening to something at even 30% volume you won’t be able to hear anything at all. So with only one or two issues and a amazing price of $90 this product deserves a 4 Star rating for sure.

Tiny Buds, Big Power — Even for Dad Ears

Just grabbed the Skullcandy Method ANC earbuds, and let me tell you — these little guys pack more punch than my morning coffee. The sound is crisp, the bass thumps just right, and the noise canceling? Let’s just say I didn’t hear your mom call me for dinner (again, don’t tell her). They stay put during yard work, walks, and even my “attempts” at jogging. And the battery lasts longer than one of my classic dad stories (which is saying something). If you want earbuds that sound great, stay in place, and cancel out the chaos — these are a no-brainer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When I first paired them to my Google Pixel 9 Pro XL I would lose connection the first few days, but solid connection afterwards. The left earbud never gets to 100% charged for some reason. The charging case is too big. Other than that they are awesome! They are loud noise cancellation is solid, they hold a charge nicely. The fit is superb never fell out of my ears. The app is easy to use. Bass Boost is my setting makes a huge difference. I say it's a fantastic value for what I got. Keeping them for sure.

Thanks for the thoughtful review and for sticking with the buds through that rocky start! We’re glad to hear the connection issues sorted themselves out after those first few days. Sometimes it just takes a little settling in with new tech.

Appreciate the shoutouts to the fit, battery life, and especially that Bass Boost setting, definitely a game changer if you like a little extra punch. Solid to know noise cancellation and comfort are hitting the mark for you, too.

That said, your note about the left earbud not hitting 100% and the size of the case is helpful. Noted for the team. If that charging issue sticks around, definitely reach out to support. We’ve got your back.

All in all, We are stoked you’re happy with the value. Thanks again for the real feedback!

I’ve always been a fan of Skullcandy. They made cheaper alternatives to other great brands. But the difference between them and Skullcandy is ingenuity and style. Bose of Skullcandy go together like peas and carrots. Skullcandy has always had a pretty balanced sound but now all that balance has clarity and bass that is affordable and comfortable. The battery life is great compared with other earbuds. These are just a glimpse I believe into the future of Skullcandy headphones.

We’re proud of the balance we’ve always aimed for, and combining that with better clarity, bass, and long battery life has been a big focus. Thanks for noticing! Here's to the future. We’re just getting started.

Great sound, decent ANC and the bass is punchy which is not something I can say for most wireless earbuds at this price range. No connection issue and they stay charged a good while. If you are considering these, I say go for it these are a winner, the only thing missing is spatial audio.

It's very big and thick. ANC is good. Music sounds good. Fits well. It will take a big trial and error to figure out how to take them out. Wear them. And putting them back in the case. My problems are wind noise and case size.

They have great sound quality as a whole and the ANC feature is decent. They do stay in your ear without wiggling around so you have to straighten them, very well. The case does have an easy time opening if you wear it as open carry. The magnetism does help prevent them falling out when it does open. When you tap them to pause, skip, and go back tracks, it will go dead silent durinf the initial tapas it should, but play for another few beats, or what ever before it pauses, or skips. Also, when you hold it to turn on/off the ANC, it will do the same thing. It will go dead silent as if its pausing, playing and then announces that you're changing that setting. Still well worth it for its price. I also enjoy of how when you use the Skull IQ app to adjust the equalizer, it actually has bass, mid-bass, mid, mid-treble, and treble instead of only bass, mid, and treble.

Thanks for sharing such a detailed and thoughtful review! It’s great to hear the earbuds fit securely and the ANC does its job well. The little quirks with the tap controls can be a bit annoying, but glad it’s still worth it overall for the price. Also, the Skull IQ app’s advanced equalizer options sound awesome for fine-tuning your sound just the way you like it. If you ever want tips on getting the most out of those settings, I’m here to help!

I have tried several brands and styles of earphones and always struggled with them staying in and/or being comfortable. These ones do a great job of balancing the two. I feel like the larger silicone ring helps keep them in and relieve the pressure from the piece that is inside. My only complaint is that these don’t have that long of a battery life, but that might be impacted largely by me having them in ANC always.

I purchased these hoping to get a budget friendly version of the Bose QC Ultra with that Skullcandy punch and these delivered. These have great sound and the bass is better than the QC without being muddy in my opinion. The fit is great and the inclusion of different size eartips and fins should allow anyone to find what works for them (I up sized ths tips but the default had a good fit as well). My only gripe is the case is a little big so it's annoying in my pocket and there's no wireless charging which is minor for me as I only has one wireless charging base. Overall I think these are great at there price point, these could easily go for $150 or more but $99 you can't go wrong at all. With that said I did have to return my pair due to the right earbud constantly trying to connect to my phone when not in use but hoping for better connection on pair #2

Thanks so much for the thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear the sound and fit hit the mark for you! It’s awesome to know the bass delivered that signature Skullcandy punch without muddying things up and that the included tips and fins helped you find the right fit. Totally hear you on the case size and lack of wireless charging valid points, and we’ll make sure that feedback is passed along.

Sorry to hear about the connection issue with your first pair, but we appreciate you giving it another shot. Hopefully pair #2 runs smoothly. We're here if you need anything!

Skullcandy + Bose, an absolutely amazing combo

Absolutely amazing, they produce great sound, being how the sound profile is designed and made by Bose, and they don’t fall out because of the fins around the sides, which has been a HUGE problem for me with my 2nd gen, and pro AirPods. The noise cancellation is the best I’ve used, and the transparency mode is good as well, while I have used some with better transparency, they definitely get the job done. I’d say the only downside to these is their battery life, while most people wouldn’t have any complaints, I wish the case had just a little bit more battery life, and wish the earbuds lasted just a little longer too, but they still will last the whole work day without the noise cancellation or transparency on. Skullcandy has been, and will continue to be one of my favorite audio brands, and I love seeing them team up with Bose to produce an absolutely fantastic product. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for good sound quality, and an earbud that won’t fall out.

Bought these because of the price and the fact it aas a collab with Bose. Fit- great, my peeves were the volume was not lous enough and seemed to decrease after a while. The main reason for me returning these was that the right earbud at certain times in the gym start cutting in and out. Did all the resets recommend but still happened over multiple days. Eventually, that was enough.

Thanks for sharing your experience! Sorry to hear about the connectivity issues with the right earbud that can definitely be frustrating, especially during workouts. Your feedback on volume and fit is really helpful, and I hope Skullcandy can improve these in future releases. If you’d like, I can assist with troubleshooting or exploring other models that might suit your needs better.

For the price you can't compete with these headphones. These things get LOUD and have great Bass. If you're looking for clarity these won't be it but the sound profile in my opinion is great for the gym especially since they get much louder than any other earbuds I have owned. The ANC is good but not the best on the market. The pass through is usable but because the seal on these earbuds are so good, it's honestly hard to hear the outside world clearly when you're playing music. The case is kinda big but definitely not a deal breaker. My biggest thing is the fit on these for me are great. While the buda are kind of bigger than others the ear tips keep it nice and sealed. I will say every now and they they randomly connect to my phone when when the case is closed. But again for the price these are hands down the best on the market.

Great sound but if it stays connected or works right. For me this was disappointment. Suddenly one side will stop working. Touches are not responsive. Too bulky for the pocket . App is pretty useless and cannot keep this headphone connected. One side will stop working and no clicks, no touch will work . You have to turn Off/On the device Bluetooth to make both work again. Headset is comfortable with multiple tips and collar. The design is very strange and you have to pull the ring. Then figure out which is left and which is right . Putting back is a similar challenge. I would have returned it but unfortunately I bought it the day I started my travel.

Very very good wireless earbuds, especially at that price point. They're probably closer to a $200 pair of earbuds honestly, despite the wonky charging case. I've tried a lot of different wireless earbuds over the years and these are by far the best ones at that price point. Sounds quality is outstanding, the noise cancelling is not on the same level as airpod pros or Galaxy Bud pros but that's what you would expect from $100 or sub $100 earbuds. They are extremely comfortable and lightweight.

It’s honestly a great thing that Skullcandy and Bose are working together. Skullcandy’s other earbuds didn’t wow me. These surprised me, the bass is punchy and the mids and highs aren’t bad at all. The clarity is very good. The case is a bit bulky but as you can clip it to a bag or your pants, it’s not too bad. Noise canceling for this price isnt the best but better than some more expensive earbuds. Same with the ambient mode. Battery life is good. Overall I would recommend these. Especially if you like bass.

I was surprised by how good the sound was. Noise cancelling is good, transparency mode is not the best but usable. Battery life is great on the earbuds and the case. The issue with this earbuds is the charging case which is meant to be hang by the carabineer hook but with the movement the earbuds disconnect from the charging pins and they connect to your phone while being inside the charging case. Due to that issue they discharge without being used and it really bothers me when I try to use my phone and can't hear the caller till I figure out the earbuds connected while they're supposed to be charging inside the case.
