Tried to get away with a cheap bluetooth headset

I used this headset for both work (taking calls) and general music listening; both at work and while at the gym. After about 2 weeks of wearing this for about 8 hours a day/5 days a week, the neckband was so stretched out that it wouldn't stay on my neck unless I adjusted it constantly and/or kept my head down. The moment I tilted my head back, the band would fall off and if I didn't have the headphones in the whole thing would fall off. This, along with the qualms below caused me to return this after about a month. Now in fairness, I do have a thicker neck, so it started off quite tight against my neck at the beginning. Beyond that, the sound quality was very okay. I'm not an audiophile by any stretch of the imagination, but I do love music and listen to it all the time, so I have a decent idea of what sounds good and what doesn't. These just sounded acceptable; nothing exciting, but not as bad as your standard Apple earbuds. Battery life was decent, no real complaints there. Bluetooth connectivity was pretty poor; if you had the phone in your pocket, but were bent over, there was a good chance that it would start to cut out. So even at close proximity the connection was spotty. Sometimes the only sure was to power off and the power back on the headphones. All in all, I ended up trading up for the Jaybird x3s, and have been way happier with those in this first week.

    HORRIBLE bluetooth range!

I use these headphones to do yard work. I do NOT keep my phone on me because I don't want to damage it and/or I don't have pockets. I take THREE steps away from my phone and it's cutting out. Take 10 steps away and it disconnects all together. When I walk in range, the annoying voice says I'm connected, but I have to hit PLAY on my phone to resume the music (dirty hands and all). The sound is 'okay' compared to my BOSE earphones (when it's NOT cutting out). Looks like I will go back to my tiny MP3 player & my BOSE wired earbuds when I'm doing yard work. I bought these on Black Friday for $25. I would NOT pay a penny more for these. I am giving one star for the design/comfort and another star for the sound quality. I wish the bluetooth range was further than 3 feet!

I purchased these after having several pairs of LG's over the years. They are very lightweight around my neck and having the wires pressed into the grooves is a nice design option that keeps them out of my way when not in use. Cons - the noise cancellation could be much better, these pick up EVERYTHING. The headphones have disconnected from my phone a few times and I don't recall any batter life notifications, which I had with the LG products. Overall these have been okay, I use them for calls during the day and at the gym in the evening during my workouts. Warning - my fiance' had a pair and they burned one night during charging. It could have been a bad pair and one off situation, however it was scary and thankfully nothing caught or sparked a fire. The company worked quickly to replace her product. She's skeptical, but may give them another try when the new pair arrives.

    Great Until Battery Goes...

So, for the money, these sound, fit, and life of battery is great (well, sort of). I've used these running, lifting at the gym, at work at my computer, taking a walk, and even falling asleep with them on. They're loud and I think they sound awesome. Battery life is typically 6-8 hours. They feel a little annoying at first on neck but within 30 seconds you forget they're there. Unfortunately, I'll be returning my THIRD pair later today in the past 20 months. Each set the battery has crapped out after about 6 to 8 months. They just stop taking a charge and won't turn on any longer. Glad I got the warranty at Best Buy. Not only do they refund the money so you can put it towards a new set of your choice, they also refund the amount paid for the warranty! Very annoying... especially after I have recommended them to people that now may experience the same issue.

I have a small business so I get a lot of phone calls. After about three months the power on-off /answer button has stopped working. This is my second pair which have the same issue. If you barely get any phone calls then this headset is phenomenal. I think that because alot of traffic that I get through this headphones it just can't keep up to the constant clicking of the same button over and over and over. The other buttons when you press them you can hear the click click click to it but the power button no longer does that so it just doesn't turn on anymore. Best Buy has been great and has replaced them on the warranty but if it goes bad again I will not be getting another one of this Brand

I purchased this wireless in-ear headphones while on sale. I used them for about a week before returning them. I initially had high expectations but was quickly disappointed due to connectivity issues and extremely limited range. Any time I got more than 8 feet away from the connected broadcasting device I would lose connectivity and often than not had issues re-connecting once back in range. The up to 33 feet was greatly exaggerated. The sound quality is decent but that is a mute point if you can't move freely about and have to worry about being disconnected. I'd suggest spending a bit more money to get a reliable connection.

I would give a 5 star rating for the Form and Fit of the headset. It is comfortable to wear and holds up well during workouts and daily tasks. However, Funtionality is lacking and drags down my overall rating. With my iPhone 6 I have to keep the phone close to the headset in order to maintain reasonable connectivity. When carrying my phone in a back pocket I consistently have brief loss of the signal interrupting what I am listening to. Carrying the phone in a front pocket is somewhat better but can still experience consistent signal loss. Best solution has been to carry it in a shirt pocket or use an armband for workouts. On the plus side battery life has been good.

I bought these earbuds primarily to workout. I was worried they would not stay in my ear through working out and lifting, but they stay in securely without any issues. I think the reason I am not crazy about these is that the neck band slides around my neck while working out rather than stay in place and the treble is much more pronounced than the base which hurts my ears if I turn it up too loud. I like that the earbuds keep out sound and my workout partner was not able to hear my music. The controls on the neck band are easily accessible, but sometimes hard to differentiate and I push the wrong one. I like that it works with phone and can control volume, mute, and skip to next song with ease.

Confused the audio from music files is AWESOME, but the audio from phone calls sound "robot-like". I don't understand other than the path music audio takes to get to the speaker and the path the phone call audio is another and that needs to be checked out or reworked; or there was a bad batch. I say, "bad batch" because I returned that pair of headphones and purchased another and the same issue. Bumbed Out

I have had these about a month. I bought these to use to listen to music when I go walking or when we are out for a ride on the motorcycle and for hands-free phone calls during the day. The sound quality for music is great. If anyone has ever had an issue hearing me, they have not mentioned it. My issue with them is they keep shutting down. If they are idle for any amount of time, they shut completely down. I am already debating a different pair by another manufacturer. What's the use in trying to use them for phone calls when they keep shutting themselves off at any given time?

I needed a new pair since my previous earbuds from Skullcandy finally died after three years. I got these a month ago and they were great, but then after a workout a week ago, they stopped working a few hours later. It wouldn’t charge, turn on or light up. When I messed with the charging ins and the charge light did come on, they would not play again. Consulted Google and found way too many people with the same issue. There is some design flaw in them. I’ve always had success with Skullcandy, but stay away from Method. They may die on you too randomly.

These headphones started out ok when i bought them on blakc friday as the sound was pretty decent and they don't fell heavy on the neck. A couple days later the headset began not working. One minute everything played fine and the next minute I would get no sound even though it was still connected to my phone. I would always have to turn it off then back on for it to work again. The design of how the headphones sit when not in use is a nuisance and the play/pause never worked forcing me to use my phone for that feature which doesn't work when you're trying to be discreet with use.

I bought these on sale as a cheaper replacement for the headphones before the LG TONE TRIUMPH headphones Cons: feel and look cheap. Sound is average or below. Connection messes up often. To store the wires you push it into the frame, I'm sure this is going to wear the wire and cause damage. Not really cheap in terms of price for what you get. Does not vibrate for phone calls. Pros: lightweight. I would NOT recommend these. Pay a little more and get some LGs or something else.

I got these headphones a while ago because they were affordable at the time and had Bluetooth. I have only grown to hate them over time and with every use. Extremely annoying; they fall out, move around, don't stay put. Unless all you plan on doing is walking with them, I wouldn't buy them. I have to tuck them into the sides of my sports bra just to do my workout. Can't wait to buy new ones!

The range of these headphones is awful. It's at a level I'm thinking its the pair I have maybe a manufacturing defect. At a distance of under 2 feet from my phone it cuts out. I've had other Bluetooth devices and never seen it this bad. Sound quality is surprisingly solid but the Bluetooth is abysmal. My next step is visiting Geek Squad to see if they can figure this out. Very disappointing.

Submitted a claim to Skull Warranty and provided me with a replacement 3/2018 at no cost. failed again 2 months later a resubmitting a claim for replacement. Overall the good quality sound, pricey due to failures. possibly defective batteries from manufacturer.

I got these on sale for black Friday and I'm really glad I didn't pay full price for them. The headphones seem pretty quiet even when the volume is all the way up. I also have Bluetooth connection problems, even when my iPod says it's connected to the headphones, when I push play the music will play from the iPod speakers instead of coming through the headphones. I wouldn't buy these again

I use it to hear books with amazon fire tablet. The earphones were working great till I lost my tablet. Got another tablet and paired the earphones with the new tablet since then constantly cuts off, goes off, goes on on its own, tells me "going on, and so can't really hear the books with it. I think it's also overpriced for something that works like this.

For ther price- good sound. Ear buds hurt my ears, but that just might be me. It does go on and out, even when the phone is close. When I place in my pocket, it also goes out. With all honestly I cannot recommend. By the way, bought a new samsung and it does not go in and out so I know its the product. Maybe you'll have luck.

I purchased these headphones as a christmas gift to myself. As of 1/14/2019 the microphone stopped working and I had to return them to the store. Up until that point they worked perfectly. I also purchased my mother the same set around the same time. Her set is still working just fine.
