The one and only time I used them, the person I was talking to said that there was a noise and echo in the background and couldn't hear me.

We bought 2 pair and they both have issues. Either they wont turn on or only 1 ear piece will turn on. Ery aggravating.

I think mine were broken

If you have apple get apple products and if you have samsung get galaxy products if you want things too work properly.
