Skullcandy Hit The Sweet Spot

Skullcandy steps into the ring with a pair of well-built , comfortable and great sounding true wireless earbuds, at an amazing price. I was expecting these to be another pair of budget earbuds that gives you just enough, but I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and sound quality of these. Out of the box, there's the earbuds, charging case( nearly fully charged, by the way.), a small USB Type-C charging cable, two sets of different sized ear gummies and the operations guide. You start with 5 hours of power on the buds( I checked. It's roughly 5 and a half) plus another 19 hours in the case. Totaling up to 24 hours of play time on a fully charged set up. I wore them for a jog and they stayed in place , even when it started raining. ( Yes. They're water and dust resistant( not sure of the IP rating) The sound quality is way above some earbuds that cost twice as much. I swear I heard bass. The call quality is top notch. You can use them in mono or stereo mode.( 1 ear use or both) They're also very well designed to the point of barely noticing them in your ear, They look bigger than they actually are. I really don't see any reason to not get these. They're only $60. That is an amazing price for what you're getting. If you've never had true wireless earbuds, make Skullcandy Sesh Evo true wireless earbuds be your first pair. Worth every penny spent and saved. Trust me. You'll thank me for it. I totally recommend these to everyone.

The first pair I got, neither bud would hold a charge for more than 15 minutes. Switched them out and now, NOT EVEN A MONTH later, the right earbud Will Not charge, nor hold a charge. The red light comes on and even after leaving them plugged up to charge all day, STILL NOTHING. I already contacted Skullcandy and they want to replace them for a THIRD time. JUST SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET SOMETHING ELSE.

The sound is very, very good. Clear, crisp and probably an 8 out of 10 for enough bass. Fits the ear really, really well right out of the box. Can't tell you've had them on even after an hour or more. I really like the charging level indicator lights on the front of the case! Shows the remaining charge life, as well as progress of being charged. The case is very sturdy, not cheap lite-weight crap. The magnets really suck in the buds to keep tightly in the case. And, the case lid stays closed very well also.
.
These paired to my Note 9 phone FAST and EASILY. However, tood a good amount of time to pair with my Samsung Tab A (2019) that I just bought. For some reason, it kept saying I needed to download the app) NO, there's no Skull app dedicated to these exact buds. It searches for the LE model, which these are not. But finally, I paired up and I use them with my tablet for some great movie viewing. These are not noise-cancelling, but, they do keep out much of the outside loudness around you.
.
I like these alot. Here's hoping you do, too!

I bought these due to my first wireless-in ear headphones, earfun, junking out on me in just months. I got this at a really good price, and two years later it is still working and charging just like it did when I got it. It also has lasted longer than the 2nd earfun headphones I got to replace the other defective ones.
PROS:
Battery life is good,
I can run and bike outside and lift weights with these on and it does the trick.
Longevity is good. I use these multiple times a day and they are still going strong.
Sound quality is good, not the best, but overachieves based on the price.
Controls on the buds are easy to use. (again, much better than earfun).
Actually works well with phone conversations.
Cons:
In my opinion, they do not get nearly loud enough. (the earfuns actually were better here). I like things louder than I should, however.
They are just a bit clunky and can fall out if you are contorting your body a lot. Not a major problem I promise you.
Overall suggestion, they are better quality than what you should be able to get. If they could get louder, I would give 5 stars and they would be perfect. Alas.

Used with iPhone 11 with these headphones and was impressed with sound quality, Tile compatibility (game changer for me), and the battery. In the time I've had with these, the Tile compatibility was awesome. I have a terrible habit of losing things and in the first 24 hours I lost the left ear bud. With the Tile app I was able to locate it within minutes. The sound quality is good, and battery life was exceptional and lasted me through a day of work. charger for the case uses usb c and pairing was quick.

Great sounding wireless earbuds for a great price. *DISCLAIMER* I bought these during a Sale event so they were a bit cheaper. Even with that being said I would've still paid the full price for them. Battery lasts a really long time. They're super easy to pair. I use them on my computer to listen to music and play video games and they have a decent soundstage. It comes with different sized gummies for different sized ears. Very comfortable for long period use. Only complain is that after using them for a few months the case magnets aren't as strong.

Excellent sound quality, as always from skullies also, u cannot year a thing which then in except for music playing. Perfect amount of bass for most any genre. It is weird that if they fall out they fall to the floor. That is true with all truly wireless earbuds. They fit waaaaaaaaaaaaay better than AirPods and sound better too. Battery life is great plus you can use them individually or as a pair which doubles the time if necessary . Case charges them in less than twenty minutes long enough to listen for several hours

These fit well in my ears, have reasonable sound quality, and are easy to use. The batteries last quite long and the case is easy to use and charge. My only diss is that, though pretty good, the sound quality lacks good bass and isn't very accurate.

Good sounds, good feature set. Feels good in the ear. A little bit of a learning curve for operating. Pairing is not necessarily intuitive, but once you do it, it is easy.
Decent price compared to some others.

Skullcandy - Sesh True Wireless In-Ear Headphones - Black Finally! I’ve tried wired, wireless, and “true” wireless earbuds and have been repeatedly disappointed. I wanted only three things: good sound, good fit, and good price. For a while, it seemed that two out of three was the best that I could hope for. But no more, Skullcandy has created Sesh headphones that meet all my needs! They’re sleek, well designed, come with a recharging case that gives you 10 hours of play, and really do sound good. I think it’s the fit… Many earbuds are either loose and hang on your ears, so the sound doesn’t stay in your ears, or they fit so snugly that the sound is good but eventually they feel uncomfortable. These earphones are snug, but light and small with soft ear cups that seal out some outside sound to make for a pleasant listening experience, but are not so snug as to become annoying to wear after 20 minutes. They’re sweat proof, stay put while chewing or running, and have surprisingly good audio for phone calls — good for me as the listener and for the person I’m calling, who reported excellent sound quality. The controls for on/off, play/stop, skip ahead/skip back are done with a series of clicks, double-clicks, and triple-clicks. The click is done with a slight touch to the left or right headphone and takes a bit of getting used to. Pressing on them directly drives them into your ear in an uncomfortable way, but “pinching” the button with your thumb and forefinger (as if you were squeezing your earlobe a little higher up) works great and is easy to do. Having only one button on each headphone requires you to learn these clicks, but makes the headphones easy to use and quick to master. Also, they turn on when you take them out of the case and magnets pull them back into the case to recharge. The case itself is compact and has a very satisfying closure, I believe also due to the magnets. All of these features make these great headphones, but the very reasonable price seals the deal for me!

I got these as "training wheels" before buying a more expensive product and instantly loved them. I find them to fit comfortably, they stay in my ears without issues when bending or even running/jumping, the charging base has a nice long battery life and recharges back up quickly.
HOWEVER, I have owned 4 different sets of these model of earbuds and these earbuds all seem to develop an issue with one, or both, of the earbuds not charging at all from any base/charger case.
My two pairs lasted me around 4-5 months before one earbud would not charge from any base (so I believe the issue is with the earbud itself), my third pair lasted around another 5-6 months before the same issue happened, but to both earbuds. I am now on my 4th set and they have been going strong (had them for 4 months).
I would 100% recommend these to someone new to wireless earbuds or someone younger. These aren't very expensive and are easily replaced if something is broken/lost. I WAS NOT gentle on any of these earbuds, they received an estimated daily use of 3-4 hours (usually much longer). I have no complaints about sound quality or performance in the initial 2-3 months. I'm actually fairly surprised how durable they seem to be considering how many times I'm dropped them (once out a second story window, and that earbud still works to this day).
In summary, in my opinion, these earbuds work wonderfully, are fairly inexpensive, are comfortable and don't constantly pop out of my ears... but after 4-6 months of heavy use, charging issues end up popping up in 100% of the 3 sets I have owned. For me, I would rather use these than a more expensive product simply because if something happens it's not going to break the bank to replace it.

Sound quality and battery life are better then I was expecting and they are pretty comfortable as well. The case charge lasts quit a while but it has a tendency to get stuck searching for the ear buds after they've been replaced in the case. If this happens to you just plug the USB c in to an outlet to get it to charge for a second and they should re connect. Just make sure you only use the included USB c and not a fast charge cable as it can mess up the charging case since the voltage is so low for it. Also worth nothing I bought these on sale for $25, not the full retail price.

I like these because they look different than most wireless cases right now . You can press the button on the front to show battery life . These headphone are really good!!! I previously had the JIB wireless (also skull candy) and these are definitely a upgrade the sound blocking is so good . And they also fit very snug on your ear once you get familiarized with then . The bass is so good .

4/5 Stars:
Pros: Comfy, easy to use, good battery life.
Cons: Cuts out randomly on runs sometimes if phone is not still, battery life drains a tad bit quicker than expected.
Overall, a good wireless headphone starter for someone who's looking to cut the cable. They fit nice and comfy in your ears and provide a great sound quality. Got them on a sale price so they were totally worth it. The battery life is long and if you're like me and use them only when out on long bus rides, you'll be good. They do drain a bit quicker I've notice with the volume on high than expected, and sometimes if your phone isn't sitting still they'll cut off and you'll miss parts of your song. Nevertheless, still worth the purchase.

My go-to no name earbuds are no longer available so I decided to try Skullcandy. I like them, but there are a couple issues compared to my other pairs. The discontinued earbuds I had been using have just been so great compared to other similiarly priced items, so it's difficult to compare. The battery life on these is as advertised, but you have to be prepared to charge them rather than wear them all day. I have had a couple times when they do not respond after they've been out of the case but not used for awhile, even after attempting to turn back on, but a quick placement back in the case solved the issue. They stay in my ears and they sound good.

I've never been let down by Skullcandy earphones. The wired take a beating and keep going. Bought this as an alternative to iThings or other more expensive brands. So far love them for the price. I think the sound is great. I have some high-end in ear wired- yes the sound quality of these isn't as good as the high end stuff- especially at high frequency. And if I had one complaint it's volume - wish there was more. I haven't had them long so time will tell on durability. Nice case. Battery seems great but haven't pushed the limit. Bottom line - for overall use they work great, and if I lose them somehow- I'll buy another set and not lose $100 to $300.

these are awesome. the sound quality is awesome as i have come to expect with skullcandy products. i know not all fo their products have great sound, but if you have ever used their "Ink'd" wired earbuds, these are very close in sound and comfort. the battery life usually lasts me about 4.5 hours on a single charge of the earbuds, but the case also gets me 3 full charges. your mileage may vary based on the volume you use, or the device theyre used with. i thankfully have not used the tile tracker app as i have not lost my device yet. the downside though is your case is the only thing that is trackable. you lose a bud, well get a new pair and keep the extra case as a charging dock. you must make sure the buds are seated properly on the charging nodes in the case, it is possible to have them in the case and not charge. but you you make sure the small light works before closing the lid, they should stay charged. theyre in my pocket at work almost all the time. i am a mechanic and they get banged around. still going strong. when i do use the buds, they stay in my ear rather well. again your mileage my very depending on the size of your ears, earwax, hair in the ears, and sweat. my buds have survived 2 6ft drops to concrete without a scuff or internal damage. hope this helps!

They are good for the $25 I spent on them. I would not have paid full price for them though. They seem to stay charged for quite awhile. I bought them on Black Friday and I’m already having trouble with the left one not wanting to charge. The shape of them is also pretty big so they don’t fit in the ears as comfy as others. I do love the color and the sound quality is pretty good. I like that the charging box is small. Also, the charging box stays charged for quite awhile before you have to charge it again. Overall, I like them, but I will probably not buy them again.
