Disappointing

The order processing was easy and efficient. The product initially was going well. I'd say the set up was easy enough and the quality of the product seemed okay. Then the devil was in the details. After it's all set up they ask you to pay for the service to send videos. This was disappointing as I wanted to keep this simple. I will be returning this product because I do not want to have to pay to send videos to my parents.

Skylight Digital Picture Frame

They too loved it. It allows me to see many pictures of important memories in one place. The glass allows you to see pictures from any angle even when light is shining on it.

Easy setup and packed with features!

Super high quality screen, and really elegant design overall.
