Gives us Internet when there is no other way

We can't use our cell phones as hot spots because we need them for phone calls. The Solis came with 1 GB of data which lasted longer than I thought it would. It connects and we're off and running with reliable Internet. With the USA 1 month unlimited plan at $49, it is cheaper than a lot of rural Internet plans!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Paid the listed price for a new Skyroam, and when it arrived I noticed some damage to the protective case and the battery tabs were missing. Also there was faint print on the top from a newspaper? The unit was already registered under another account! Best Buy sold me a refurbished unit. I had to call and get it switched to my new account. That was strange. The deals are great if you're just doing email and extremely light data entry. Unless you get the monthly, you can't really use this for heavy streaming of any kind. Solis sells the refurbished units for $49 so I'd just go through them directly. There is no mention of "refurbished" in the Best Buy listing and that feels bad man.
