Honestly this product was great. Came in the mail intact and every component that was shown on the Best Buy website was the one it came in with. I would recommend this product to anyone

Beautiful colors for the rub, love that they’re customizable. The pc has a ton of memory space, have a lot of games downloaded with room to spare. Came with matching rbg keyboard and wired mouse. The price is reasonable and I have nothing to complain about.

I this was my first ever pc so when i got done setting it up i was ready to play i had bought this game called rust and it ran terrible but i hsd found out that i had put the hdmi cable into the motherbord not the graphics card and when i put it in i was averaging around 70 to 89 frames on max graphics im so happy with my purchase

I’ve been a big fan of it so far, there’s been no major issues at all. That being said, I try to take care of it. I think in comparison to my old computer, I just haven’t gotten used to the fans, although they run very reliably, and at a very consistent speed. You can tell someone that one of the fans is a little bit loose due to vibration that you can notice a tiny, tiny, tiny bit, but otherwise it is absolutely great! If there was one thing that I could change about this purchase, it would be the ability to plug-in my SATA, which doesn’t seem to have the supporting cords underneath the computer.

It was a little rough going at the beginning - not because of anything Best Buy did, more to do with the inexperience of my son and his first gaming PC. The Best Buy support team was great and got us on the right path. My son loves it - it's super cool to watch and everyone is happy!

I bought this PC actually for my art- I scan my paintings and edit in photoshop for prints and stationery, and was tired of having a hard time utilizing several adobe programs at the same time on my laptop. It runs them all with ease. I also game very casually, and am running the remastered Oblivion on it with no problems. Very happy with this purchase.

I like how it has legs on the bottom because i have to put it on the floor because i already have a xbox series s and a 27 inch monitor so the pc wont fit on my desk and i like how it has 4 or 5 fans and the whole thing isnt glass so there will be air flow so it wont get hot fast but when i save up enough to buy it i will

Its a good pc but i think they can give it a R5 5600G for more fps but it can play games good for a starter pc and i like how it has legs fir i can put it on the floor because it takes to much space on my desk thats all i got to day bye love yall
