Has a few minor changes from the pictures, like a nice white casing around the graphics card. Came with all the right specs. 100% Would recommend to get when on sale.

The worst experience

I was supposed to pick it up on 14 December. I ordered it on 5 December on the 13th. They said this they should’ve had it at the store. I went in on the 14th because they said it was ready and it was not, so now I’m waiting until the 19th. They’re saying of December 2023.

I purchased it around Christmas and it went completely down before March, had to return it and replace it with a new and different product. Wish me luck.

Can’t locate

I went to bestbuy a couple of times and they have no idea. Called Skytech and they were helpful and gave me a tracking number. After tracking it, I seen it arrived to my area but was never delivered to bestbuy. They think someone at UPS stole it!!! Has anyone else received their computer that ordered it around the same time? I don’t want to give Skytech a bad review but someone knows something!
