Returned it and received the replacement 12 days later, this was in February, 2025. Fast forward to June 2025, computer no longer powers up, took it to local computer repair shop. They advised motherboard is cause of the power issue, they explained a low budget motherboard was used in the build and not surprised it has failed. They also explained the power supply is of poor quality and recommended replacement. All together, the cost to replace motherboard and power supply almost 700.00. This was the first and the last time I purchased a pre-built computer.

Good price when on sale!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great PC I have no complaints or issues from it, the only reason I'm giving it a 4* is because when it arrived I had to do a restart on the PC which took almost 5 hours but once that was done it booted right up and I've had zero issues definitely worth the price on sale. When not on sale it's a little pricing for the specs.

New pc for the holidays

The instructions from the manufacturer for set up were easy to follow. Fired it up and it worked flawlessly. There is little to no bloat ware (mainly hardware configuration software and a registration software). I've been gaming on it primarily and it has handled every game I have played on ultra settings ( ATS ETS2 Hogwarts legacy Destiny 2 BF2042) I usually build my own PCs but when I priced out the cheapest compatible build it was around the same cost, but there was no headache with this purchase so it was worth it.
