Excellent system, replaced a 7 year old overheating one. Very quiet, graphics are great and runs games smoothly. Gone is my graphics lag! Had the Geek Squad add 3 Hard Drives from my old sysem (1 SSD and 2 regular drives) with no problems.

Best buy is the best store ever , They are an amazing help and always on top of it ,when you need help with anything .this is the only store I love to shop . I'm very happy with their service it's excellent. Yours sincerely Maria Duarte

This is everything and then some. Great product!!!

great machine! all games run perfect! Never had issues with FPS or lags.

Device manager shows issue with the gpu. After updating all drivers and checking device manager it appears the gpu is malfunctioning. Very disappointed, this was an expensive machine and the drive to Best Buy to return this is over an hour so that’s a bummer. They need to wish on their quality control this should not have went out.

Super disappointed! The PC came with a bent CPU which caused it to be unable to be played. It would turn off soon as It was being played. Geek squad couldn’t fix it. And since they were in such high demand there were none to exchange so it could only be returned.

Shipped with a faulty graphics card. Geeksquad service took the return and helped me pick a similar competitor brand. But I cannot recommend this brand based on my experince.

Yeah, I didnt even get to use this. They sent me a defective unit that didnt even have a driver in it. Hopefully this review will let you know the quality you can expect with this brand. Some people may have a diffrent experience than what I had but I would advise to save yourself the risk and just buy a diffrent Unit.

I bought mine direct from Skytech. The PC is good hardware, super quiet, I do like it. But it came broken from Skytech, the cooling fans were not installed correctly. I fixed that, then the cooling system failed entirely after 2 days, not running more than 3 hours at a time. SkyTech support responded that they are behind and I should hear from them in 3 days. After 1 week, I bought a new cooling system and replaced it myself. Not the easiest hardware to build... I had to reinstall Windows as well. Luckily I used to be a tech and know how to do this stuff because after 2 weeks, SkyTech still never responded.

The computer gaming system is awesome and very good for CS those kinda of game. 3070 is the best for online gaming.
