    Do not purchase this product. The graphics card and fan were loose. The performance on the unit is poor. The sound doesn’t work and we can’t run anything on this. It literally just shuts down.

    This computer was nothing that they said it was and then wouldn’t allow me to return it! Very upsetting and they should be ashamed of themselves

    Computer quit working after 4 months. Skytech’s customer service is Non existent. Have been trying to contact for a month regarding warranty.

    Definitely won’t buy from Best Buy again because one it was supposed to be here Friday it came today which is Tuesday too it never said it doesn’t come with a screen so I don’t have a screen. And three I don’t know how to put computer together so now I have to go pay to get my computer put together when I paid over $1000 for this. Such a rip off
