Bought this for my kid for Christmas and couldn’t be happier with this purchase. The PC is beautiful to look at and is running games very smoothly. It’s a great gaming PC for the average gamer.

Straight out of the box will not connect to display monitor. Not HDMI. Not VGA. No connection to monitor or television. Now I get to go through the fun of trying to get the geek squad appointment to see if they can fix it. A quick google search shows other people experiencing the same problem with their new machines as well. Would not recommend. Oh, but the flashy lights on the fan work great!

Did not power on out of the box. Ran through the company's recommended troubleshooting with a tech on the phone and the issue was determined to be a faulty power supply. Tech was helpful, return was easy but do not recommend this product.

Skytech has literally 0 customer service. There phone will just ring and they will just leave you hanging.......so be prepared to be on your own if anything goes wrong. Plus the monitor outputs are entirely different form the ones in the pic on best buy!!! Only has 2 outputs!!! Think its ran by some college student looking dude. I obviously returned it and will just wait for the new xbox and playstation to be available.

The pictures on the website are misleading. It shows the graphic card having 3 DisplayPorts and 1 HDMI; however, the unit only comes with 1-DVI, 1-DP, and 1-HDMI on the card. Now I have to spend more money and time getting a DVI adapter. Also, it only came with 3 out of the 4 screws for the glass panel.
