This is a great PC overall. the cooling is more than sufficient and even running very demanding games at 4K max settings and was getting 60-80 FPS; I never had my temps go over 75C with either the GPU or CPU. The good being said i have a decent scratch/dent in my case and even after dealing with support (a little bit of a hassle since its appointment only but great customer service so far) the front USB-C port on the front does not work. I also have had problems with windows, customer support had me reinstall windows because it would not update. This PC is basically all gigabyte. Gigabyte 850w gold+ cert PSU Gigabyte Aurous Elite Rev 1.0 Gigabyte 3080 Vision Rev 2.0 (does not have LHR markings) Western digital SSD Trident Z Neo G Skill DDR4 RGB RAM 6 120mm RGB Jupiter AJ120 fans aside from this I could not tell you the brand of AIO they used but it seems to work very well.

Arived With Wire Stuck In Fan Usb Ports Dont even Line up then guess what else the gpu dont even work stay far away called skytech support dude said oh well just take it back

Purchased this PC because my kids said its the one they wanted runs all their games no problems at all the fans on the otherhand are absurdly loud but that might be expected with 9 fans in the unit. A fan speed controller would be useful to control a steady fan speed instead of them fluctuating up and down frequently the RGB system is cool to play with. Overall well worth the 2882.24 after tax

Normally I build my own rigs, but I couldn't find a decent graphics card anywhere that wasn't outrageously expensive, so I decided to pick this up as a way to get a 3080. Expensive way to do it, but more reasonable to me than spending 2/3rds as much for just the GPU! Beautiful case. Mine came with a chipped corner, but some touch up paint covers it up decent enough. The RGB lighting is sweet. Radiator was not mounted optimally (hoses should be at the bottom, or the rad should be mounted horizontally, to eliminate air pocket problems). Gen 4 m.2 drive came installed in a Gen 3 socket (there's only one Gen 4 socket in the EVGA mobo that mine came with) - but that was an easy fix. XMP was not enabled in BIOS. Again, an easy fix. Clean wiring, tied up nicely. Runs stable. Temps a little on the high side, which is surprising for so many fans, but that might have to do with the case inlet being on the bottom. Overall I am pleased with the build and recommend it if you are not into building PC's yourself or, like me, not patient enough to hunt for a decent deal on a graphics card.

The shipping was faster than expected. The packaging for the shipping was very secure and protected the insides of the PC quite well. Everything was included as described and the parts were quality name-brand, not cheap knock-off parts: RAM is G-Skill DDR4 3600 HD is a MSI M470 1TB Motherboard is a Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Pro AX Graphics is a Gigabyte RTX 3080 The case is roomy and the AIO is quiet. Someone in the reviews complained about the fans being too lous, but I got the utility from the Gigabyte App Center "SIV" and it let me choose several speed settings. It's nice and quiet now. It came with Windows 10 and ran very well with no bloatware. I upgraded to Windows 11, but as often is the case, some quirks occurred (I couldn't empty the trash can, right clicking on items caused a 30 second wait period), so I reformatted the 1TB SSD and did a clean install of Win 11 and it's running perfect. Windows activated no problems. Win 11 recognized the hardware and offered to download the Gigabyte App Center for me. Very cool. Nice PC.

This is an awesome PC. The graphics card is great, download speeds on the ssd are rather fast, it never overheats, and barely makes any sound. I have owned this for about two years now, and I am beyond pleased with this product. I highly recommend this PC to anyone looking for a solid pre built gaming computer

So far this PC has been everything I hoped it would be. Everything runs perfectly, I had never heard of Skytech before this purchase but now I feel fully confident in recommending them. It may be expensive, but it is well worth it.

Let me start by saying I'm coming up on 40 years old and up until now I've always built my own computers. GPU scarcity being what it is I decided to jump off the deep end and purchase a pre-built from Skytech Gaming through Best Buy. My first impression is that I'm blown away by the quality and attention to detail. The only part that isn't name brand is the 360mm AIO cooler for the CPU and the fans. Gskill memory, Gigabyte 3080 and motherboard, what appears to be a Lian Li case, and gobs of good cable management. There doesn't appear to be any bloatware and they used a very recent Windows 10 image as it only had a small update to be current. I have the computer hooked up to a Samsung G7 4k 144hz monitor and it looks incredible/smooth! The fan noise out of the box is set to "annoying" so I'll need to figure that out. Otherwise, initial game testing in Hell Let Loose at 4K, high settings, 135-155fps, 66C/GPU, 45-55C CPU... this is the most powerful computer I've ever owned and it appears to be rock solid out of the box. Wow! Lastly, packaging was very good. All extra PSU, MB cables etc. came in the box. I'm initially very happy with my purchase.
