Wasn’t really for me tbh not a bad pc just kinda loud

Desktop came with a faulty graphics card. When you purchase something this expensive you expect quality, you won’t get it here. This item as a NO REPAIR POLICY so if something breaks you are stuck. Luckily I can return this item because it is within the holiday return policy.

Worst purchase ever, i spent $4,000 on a PC, to receive the WRONG GRAPHICS CARD. was supposed to come with a 3090 the pc arrived with a 3080. i was also supposed to receive a checklist of all parts, and who put the PC together. Unfortunately, by the time i noticed a part was wrong, i contacted best buy to return the product and get my money back, however it was past the return date. I contacted Skytech, they told me thats its not "their fault" (HOWEVER THEY PUT THE PC TOGETHER?! BEST BUY IS JUST A Reseller Lol) but basically, im stuck with what i got. they told me that the warranty doesnt cover and incorrect part and they cant replace it. a part that is a 600$ difference. a part that is required to process and run more hard programs on the PC. i cannot do what i planned to do, i basically spent $4,000 on something that is not even the best for what i am required to do .

This computer does not run as well as it should. Frame drops, overheating, bad overall part selection. Be ready to drop thousands in upgrading if you want top tier performance. Do yoursef a favor and either build your own pc or buy this one just for the parts CPU and GPU and RUN!!!! Biggest mistake of my life and my wallet and sanity is paying the price now…

This PC build is like a fake Hollywood plastic girl, shiny from the outside and junk from the inside. Poor component selection ..... only if you're desperate for a gaming machine and zero knowledge in building one yourself go ahead and buy it.

Run well for like a week than the luquid cooling start making weird noices and it starts overheating, when the noieces begin all my games start crushing and stuttering, this is so bad I had some good expectations for this computer, I return it and got the cyberpower 4080 for the same price and its going way better. Just get the cyberpower Amd ryzen 9 7950x + 4080 + 32gb ram ddr5 for even less price and is way better, this thing is overpriced and doesnt even works well.

Minus 1 star because of all the delay. But good pc

12900K with DD5 and 3090. You can't find any better deals.
