Great computer. Use it everyday for gaming , love it

My son lives this pc. It works great for everything he needed

It’s a great system my son truly loved it very happy with our purchase.

Sadly my experience so far has been pretty poor I just got this PC yesterday and during the initial windows set when the pc tried to reset it was stuck on the restarting screen for 20 mins until I powered it off and on. After it that it finished the setup but the computer was insanely slow I tried to open file explorer and nothing happen so I tried again and waited then tried again and then 5 mins later 3 of them opened. I then did a windows update and tried to restart after the updates installed but once again the computer was stuck on the restarting screen and I had to turn it off and back on. Once it came back on this time it starting acting more normal but was still slightly slow but I thought this is fine until I buy more ram and put it into sleep mode and went to bed and when I woke up and tried to wake it once it got to the screen where you put the password it semi-froze where I could move the mouse but there was nothing to click on and the password box was gone. I then turned it off and on and now it boots to a black screen with the cursor showing a loading symbol. Bought this PC for my birthday and now its looking like I'm going to have to return it and hope I can exchange for another I'm pretty upset as I think it was the last one and I bought it using a payment play so if I do get a refund its going to take awhile to get my money back and be eligible again.

very well built and put together, i play on 1440p in most games and this definitely gets the job done. i 100% recommend skytech if your looking for a prebuilt pc.

The shadow 4 PC is the best way to go for a kid needing a PC for such a good price. For what you get.

It had great performance for the price but, the WiFi adapters suck, and the bios is not good. It used a gigabyte motherboard or bios and it barely works. I had many issues with it and had to return it.

Works very well and easy to upgrade. Great for first timers

The computer came with AMD Driver Timeout issues. I attempted multiple fixes and had geek squad attempt to fix. I now have a black screen flash periodically.

PC wouldn't boot up from the jump. Turned on but no post. Extremely cheap third party components, I did not recognize the brand name of the motherboard and RAM. Mouse looked like something from the dollar store. Returned it immediately. Honestly cannot recommend Skytech to anyone after this experience.

Don't buy it. I got this on the 13th and never had a problem until 3 days after the return period ended on the 27th and now it won't boot and displays a black screen and restarts after few minutes still with a black screen

Computer wouldn't start. You think they'd test them before shipping. Of course, because this was a gift, Best Buy's (very short) return period expired so now I have to see if this piece of junk can be repaired. I also called Skytech for support, was literally on hold for 2 hours, and was told to plug it in and hit the power button. No help at all.

Right out of the box it had a blue screen for a hardware failure. This is the second time I’ve bought a computer from Best Buy and it had a blue screen of death right out of the box. Now I have to take the time to repackage it and either exchange it for a new one if its in stock or get refunded.

The meyboard was okay but the mouse was broken, i was also missing a hdmi cable and while i was playing 1 game it kept crashing because of the cpu.
