This laptop is priced at 2000 which is at the premium range. But everything inside is downgrade hardware comparing with its competitors. Even the RTX 3070 comes from a not famous brand.
Motherboard: mATX, not regular size.
CPU cooling: use the one comes from the CPU box. Super basic one only air cooling.
CLU: a 2000 desktop uses a 5600X, competitors uses at least 5800x level CPU.
Keyboard and mouse: basic one but they can light up.
Overall this product is overpriced at least 500 dollars and it is using the hardware that is at least one tier below the 2000 range desktop usually use. That is you pay more but you get less, systemwide.
One thing that is OK is that this one can do RGB logging and it has ~ 4 fans around the case.

The Skytech Gaming - SHIVA Gaming Desktop is an absolute powerhouse! The AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor delivers excellent performance, handling all my gaming needs without any hiccups. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8GB graphics card provides stunning visuals, making every gaming experience immersive and realistic. The 16GB memory and 1TB NVMe SSD give plenty of storage and speed, making load times a thing of the past. The design is sleek and modern, with the white color adding a touch of sophistication. It's truly a top-tier gaming desktop, well-deserving of its 5-star rating.

Just got my pc today and everything was fine. The set up was easy and my product even arrived early. Where it went wrong was when i booted the pc up i had green horizontal lines all across my monitor, no problem… probably just a bad hdmi. Nope. The display read code 43 which is a damaged graphics card. After being on hold for nearly 2 hours i was given the email to send info to where i will have to send my graphics card back so it can be replaced. Which will take 1-2 weeks. This more then likely happened during shipping so it isnt on skytech but between the wait time and everything else this has all been a bad experience. I hope to get it resolved asap. I would recommend just builing your own pc to avaid shipping damages.

Computer has been great. This has handled every game i have install and has performed great. Keyboard and mouse that came with the computer were better than expected. I feel the hardware that came inside the computer is good. The Asus board has great options and was happy it came with a brand name video card.

No issues, started right up. Mine came with an MSI brand 3070. The PC itself runs great, however the keyboard is extremely low quality considering the price of the system and there are no USB-C ports.

What an amazing PC. I've had this PC for almost 2 months now and it hasn't dissapointed a day since. My most demanding game is Red Dead Redemption 2 and it handles that without a hassle. Although you're going to need a higher end graphics card if you're trying to play it on it's highest (Ultra) settings. It came with a 3070 (EVGA FWC Ultra) variant, and came with 16 GB of RAM which I then bought 2 packs of 16gb of RAM from Corsair and had them replaced for a total of 32 gb of RAM. The 2 DIMMs that came with my pc were OLOYs. I then was able to install an Elgato HD60 Pro onto my motherboard.
I hope this can persuade anyone to buy this amazing PC but also here are some things I wish I knew beforehand.
- The DIMM slots are broken on purpose.
I thought they broke them because they wanted to limit us by only using the DIMMs they gave us, which mine were OLOYs. Turn's out they broke them because they wanted to ALLOW you to add or replace your DIMMs. If they did not break the bottom clip then that would mean you couldn't be able to add more without removing the behemoth of a GPU.
- All Drivers
Since mine came with a NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3070 FWC ULTRA, I had to download the EVGA driver and update it. Make sure the first thing you guys do is update Windows as well as ALL your drivers. You should also install the AMD driver for your CPU if you haven't already (possibly preinstalled).
-Customization and Performance
You can access your BIOS which mine was AsRock. I changed a couple of things here and there but I would reccommend only changing things you're sure about.
I wish I knew what kind of motherboard I have but I can confirm mine is a B550

Computer was nice on the outside, but when we received it, all things were installed except for the included security software. 3 Trojans infected the computer within 12 hours of owning the product. We wish that we had been informed of additional security software information.

I only ordered it because it was one of the few ways to get a 3000 GPU without going through a scalper. I ended up returning this, because of how much more expensive it was compared to its competitors. I ended up lurking on the best buy website for a while and got another comparable PC for $500 less.

Externally over priced for what you get. You can build this PC yourself and save $500 or about $300 for a similar pre-built. Only comes with a poor software for RGB controls. Only reason to keep it is because my PC broke after 10 years and couldn't wait for another PC.

Bad graphics card. Had green lines all over the screen not due to a faulty monitor or hdmi cable. Had to return to the store. This was my SECOND time returning a Skytech gaming deskstop in the last 2 weeks. I went with an OMEN for the 3rd try.
