Amazing PC. No issues so far. Runs great. Some metal was dented but not a problem to fix. Light color simple to change. Easy to upgrade components. Just what I was looking for.

Just problems and problems, firstly had trouble connecting to my internet, my internet was completely fine, just the pc didnt want to, after all day of finally getting it to work! The next day! I kept getting error codes, then the rgb on the memory sticks and cpu cooling weren't working, then the 3rd day! My applications wont even load such as games, and just go to black screens, i tried fixing the issue, i couldn't due to the pc being poorly programmed and made, and window's being useless, its only been 3 days and i already hate it, i will call skytech and Microsoft support but most Lilley wont do a think, if they cant, im going to return it and 100% wont buy from skytech again

Well... im not surprised. This computer is atifacting. I did make shure the bios and reinstalled windows to see what would happen.
Nothing worked even moving the gpu to a different slot. Im not shocked from the other reviews but unfortunately im now apart of the mess they sent me, and other people. And after trying a stress test i didn't once see the gpu fans spin.
I did go buy a cyberpower pc instead and im quite happy with it.

Can’t get PC to boot windows out of the box. Received on a Friday. Skytech has no tech support on weekends. Still can’t get it to start Windows. Doesn’t come with any setup instructions. Major headache already.

Computer specs listed on Best Buy website was not what I received. Psu should be 750 watts was given a 650 watt power supply. Also tried to use windows recovery to delete everything off the pc so no one could recover my login info and windows recovery could not be found. Tried all the tutorials online with no success. Took back to Best Buy and they said they had to wipe the drive in order to delete everything. DO NOT BUY.

The PC:
The SkyTech PC is a great performing computer for the price, and it looks good almost anywhere. The computer is extremely easy to setup right out of the box, simply plug all of the cords in and allow it to boot up and update and you're ready to go! The computer came optimized without further tweaking; the ram was set to peak performance, all of the drivers were already installed, and windows was updated within a few minutes. A compatible RGB changer was installed and I could change the colors of the PC instantly. I recommend downloading some sort of security software (the included TrendMicro through BestBuy created all sorts of problems) but otherwise this PC is great and I have had almost no issues.
Gaming: Games look amazing on this computer, and run even better. Maxing out settings to ULTRA in most games still allowed me to push well over a consistent 75 FPS and when games are set to HIGH I was reaching well over 90 FPS with almost no drop. The PC stayed super quiet when running on ULTRA settings and the fans did an amazing job of keeping the internals cool. On games that don't require crazy hardware requirements, the PC is almost silent and there is 0 lag, and if you make sure to set the refresh rate to the same as your monitor, everything is super smooth.
Accessories:
The included keyboard is pretty low quality and quite loud to type on, however, for being included with the PC it is a decent keyboard to get the initial setup done until you get a better one. The mouse included is also OKAY, the wire is a little annoying and stiff but the clicks are solid and there is no lag.

Great Prebuild PC with Upgrade Potential

I’ve had this PC for two weeks now and its handled everything I’ve thrown at it. I’ve mainly been playing Halo Infinite and without any upgrades I am getting 110-120 fps on a mix of high and ultra settings on a 2K monitor. Upon arrival I removed both side panels and was happy to see that the cable management was done very well; there’s also already a wire harness already installed for more harddrives. Skytech has done a nice job of creating a powerful PC at a relatively low cost; however there are a few things that I wish were done better. First, the good: The graphics card and processor are why youre probably looing at this. You can play modern games at high settings without any issues. The liquid cooling system has kept my PC very cool even after hours of gaming. It only comes with two 8gb sticks of RAM but there are two open slots so you can easily double the RAM for $50-80. Cons: The power supply is only rated for 650w (this was not mentioned in the specs) and only 1TB of memory is included. I feel on this day and age that 2TB shpuld be the minimum on a PC or game console but thaty opinion. The case feels a bit cheap. The plastic feet especially feel like they will break off if they got snagged on something. Also, the latches that hold the access panel on are plastic friction locks. I’ve removed this pane a handful of times and they are already starting to feel loose. I will likely replace these with thumb-screws once the warranty has expired. Finally, the accessories; I appreciate the inclusion of a gaming mouse and keyboard but they aren’t great. I would definitey recommend getting a better keyboard for gaming. If youre looking to get into PC gaming this is a solid rig that will easily last you 3 or 4 years before you would need to consider any major upgrades. There are areas where costs were cut but i can appreciate the cost savings for the consumer in the end, plus they aren’t major conponents. To be honest I was worried about buying this because of all of the 1-star ratings but it looks like the majority of those came from devices that wer dead on arrival which is going to be covered under warranty.

Have to give this a 3-star due to the person who put this PC together. I was about to power this on and realized that they had dropped a whole bunch of graphic card cables into the case. They were resting on the fans. It would have been real messy if I had not spotted them and powered on the PC. I then tried to add memory to increase it to 32 GB and found that they had routed cables under the RAM slots. It was a real mess. I had to disconnect three cables to free up the current RAM and be able to install the new ones. I also found that the quality of the case is not as good as my last Cyberpower PC. It feels cheaper. On the positive side, its a good machine and more than able to handle any game. Its super quiet. Even when playing the most intense games I can barely hear it running. My work IBM Thinkpad laptop makes more noise just being in a Zoom call. For the money I think its a good machine and I would buy again.

I’m happy with my build gpu-aorus 3060, gigabyte b560m motherboard, xpg ram, apexgaming 750gold psu. Disappointed that the WD ssd is so slow but i will be upgrading to a nvme. Also cable management was really poor. But i run warzone with 240 fps easy and still get fast load times.

Going to start off by saying this is the first gaming PC I've owned so I can't really compare it to others but its a great starter pc. I've had one issue with this PC since purchasing it and it was when I upgraded it from windows 10 to windows 11. Something ended up going wrong somewhere in the process and at one point I thought I bricked the system (make sure you read the instructions correctly and don't miss any steps) but I ended up figuring it out.
The only things I'd possibly change in the future is:
1. Give it more RAM. 16gb is really all that's needed but having 32gb or more would be nice.
2. Getting better storage. The PC came with a SATA SSD and while it has 1TB of space, I'd prefer to upgrade to an NVMe SSD for better speeds. (if you're not downloading large files from games or whatever then the SATA SSD it comes with is perfectly fine)
3. The pc came with a keyboard and mouse and if you're not really picky then they're great. Personally I might swap to a bit of a quieter keyboard.
If you've seen the bad reviews and thought against buying this PC, just remember its possible to get a lemon with just about anything you can purchase. Even the top brands for anything can have things that fail or malfunction. That doesn't mean that every product from that brand is going to fail or malfunction. So for this PC, if someone bought it and everything was going wrong, unfortunately they either got a lemon or something happened while it was shipped out. There's plenty of reviews that state its a great pc and everything is working good.

I’ve had this pre-built PC for a while now, and it’s been awesome. Super fast, reliable, and no issues at all. I only upgraded the RAM and added more storage, which was easy to do. If you want a solid, hassle-free PC, this one’s a great pick!

I purchased this computer as an upgrade from my previous one. It has met my needs for light gaming sessions and being able to download mods for my games without making the game crash. I took one star off because the keyboard went out after 9 months.

I like that it runs great. All my graphic settings look phenomenal. I run medium settings and it looks and feels fantastic. This pc is well put together and a great price. Only thing I have to say is i would install more ram and the rgb settings are a bit difficult and dont seem to work as it’s supposed to. But i would recommend to a friend!
