I have been using it for over a year and it is definitely money worth spending. Easy on the eyes and pockets. Upgraded by adding another 1 tb of ssd and other white fans.

So far its great!! I just go it today and it runs fine. They give you step by step directions on starting up. For my first pc this was definitely a life saver. It ran games smoothly. Overall I think it’s great.

What a great computer. Got it for my daughter and its been used quite a lot in the past year. When we first opened it there was a small problem starting it up but it came with insructions on a piece of paper that explained how to fix it. For me this was great. It was easy to fix and I felt like this is why the company is able to sell their product a little cheaper.

This pc does rate a 5 stars. It is so fast and quite even when playing games. I did have to return my first one for a new order because it had problems but the second one I got had no problems. One thing I do dislike is on the website it says windows 11. It does not come windows 11 ready. You have to enable tpm and secure boot yourself. Which can be confusing. I thought windows 11 ready means you can update one you start it up, but it’s not. Also last thing is that it says it comes with a mouse and keyboard. Mine only came with a mouse. And no keyboard.

I’m taking two stars from this computer because the condition it came in. To explain further the computer itself is working correctly thankfully and is excellent. When I got the computer the two fans for the radiator on the liquid cooling system where literally not screwed down and just hanging around the inside of the case luckily they packed it with foam so no damage. Also two of the mounting screws for the cpu cooler were unfastened. This led to me taking everything out of the case to go over it for damage and when I did this I found the mounting screws for the fans that were loose although I found all of them but two. Luckily nothing was damaged it seems and I was able to reassemble it and it works great and is a great build at a good price and looks fantastic. But not many people know there way around a pic and they buy prebuilds to enter the market and learn and when buying a pre build it should come out of the box ready to go the lack of quake control baffles me and it’s not okay to send a computer with components insecure and screws Unfastened rolling around the case. I will post a couple of pics check them out to see. I’m n the photo that’s right after I opened the case you can see one of the fan screws hanging from the power supply box I didn’t even notice it their u til I looked at the photo I found the rest shoved in cracks and crevices and I’m still missing two screws and when I looked it over I found two of the cpu cooler screws where loose as well but it was I damaged luckily and everything works and the computer is a beast. Just poorly put together.

Everything was installed properly, and the cable management is excellent. The case overall is great, easy to add drives and work in. It's very fast and has not dropped frames while playing AAA titles and streaming at the same time. Thermals are excellent with the GPU generally peaking at around 53 °C, and the CPU peaking at around 45 °C while at max load. The ram is decent and has not failed me yet. Overall, this is a powerful computer in a decently priced package. I wish the market conditions were better for me to build, but this hit every point on my personal checklist for cheaper than I could build right now. I definitely recomend for anyone looking.

So full disclosure- i know pretty much nothing about gaming PC’s so i had to get my uber knowlegeable cousin who has built several PCs and follows all the newest tech to help me find this PC. Biggest downsides of the PC to me are the memory amount (hard drive space being only 1Tb) and i heard from my cousin that the proccessor is nothing to write home about, so keeping that in mind that youll prolly be upgrading those parts first is good to know. Another downside which isnt a setback of the PC itself, is the keyboard and mouse it comes with blows chunks. Honestly, at the end of the day, the rig looks sweet (would prefer a black chassis but who cares as long as it works well), it has enough goin on in the pc to tackle pretty much every game i play on practically max settings on a 1440p odyssey g5 monitor. But Lord willing nothing breaks and i can be as happy as a clam till i have to get more hard drive space and get a new processor.

I’ve had zero issues with this pc. Ran perfectly right out of the box. These specs are fantastic for this price. Runs cool and quiet. Handles all my games on max settings. Wish I could give more stars.

A Great computer :0 works great after 2 years. I have had 0 problems with it

Nice setup, all cords pulled way too tight. Some connectors loose went over pc well and its been fine for about a month now. Done small uogrades for how i wanted it to be only thing to be aware computer does not come with 750w power supply. My local best buy luckily changed my ps out for a 750w courtesy of them. Other tha. Small issues pc is built well overall.

I have had this pc for over 2 years now. I have had absolutely no issues with it. I love the pc, it runs smooth and fast.

had the pc for a couple weeks and it works perfectly and i always stay under 60° for my cpu and gpu at all times due to the liquid cooling. It is also very quiet.

I had a couple of issues with starting off with this computer, but tech supply was really helpful and got my problems sorted. Honestly, this isn't a bad prebuilt computer, especially with how much it can handle. I feel my money was well spent.

great pc can run any game on 240+ fps on low settings (which i prefer) definitely one of my best purchases for upgrading my setup

Excellent. Love evrything about it. Its what i was looking for. Really enjoy the rgb lighting thats inside nd how quiet it is.

Runs everything I could want to play or use. Bought it as my first pc and I believe this was a great decision on my part.
