Great product and fast shipping haven’t had any problems with Best Buy love their customer support

The pc was fine at first but then after a couple of months like 2 it needed a reboot and everything I tried didn’t work cleaning the 3060 rtx nothing changed and I couldn’t use it at all I don’t know if you want to struggle with rebooting it but overall it was fun while it lasted.

The PC is pretty good for the price. Only reason why it’s not a 5 star is because of the WiFi. Had to get a brand new WiFi card because I kept rubber banding and having packet loss in MP games. SP it’s good but not for when you play online.

The lighting and assembly was great. I didn’t have any issues with the cooling and it runs every game great.

You really don’t know what your going to get . The pieces are Interchangeable enough to be okay with it but you never know what your actually going to get. I gave this as a gift as I misspoke about a lot of the parts because I was misled , you can see in other customer images that everyone’s kinda different but the same. Due to the parts mine came with the PC is actually pretty dark inside. I didn’t try to get the correct pieces or exchange but disappointed with distrust. Runs fine works fine it’s a decent prebuild.

So far so good. Had a skytech that I bought 3-4 years ago and decided to upgrade! Bought this because you can’t beat the price for a 3060 and the I7! And I know my last skytech lasted me a while! After reading reviews of some having issues but mine works great!

The water cooling is a nice touch. The pc was bigger than expected which is a good thing.

Incredible value. No complaints. Video processing is ridiculous. 3060 is great. Cannot build one with the same specs for even close to what's here.

Great Value, Mother board in mine is a B560 DS3H AC, says it supports gen4 Nvme, so I have one on order. Temps stay nice and low under load, most I have pushed it though is about 60% load on CPU and GPU. Very easy to use and setup, side panel is easily removed with out tools. RGB is easy to set.

I really excited when i got it but their was alot to set because when first turn on and load everything it turns iff by itself so I have to to check all systems and delete every system program and update entire PC and Plus I highly recommend Replacing the 2X8Gb Ram stick pretty sure 16gb won't be enough to run this Garbage

I was iffy about getting a brand that I had never heard of. The reviews looked good and I figured it was worth it if I got what I paid for. Checked some amazon reviews on SkyTech Gaming and they were hit or miss, but I trust Best Buy for electronics far greater than I trust Amazon for anything. The last time I bought a brand I hadn't heard of was when I bought a Cyberpower PC off newegg.com 5 years ago and well, I see what people mean by these third parties who shoddily put pcs together and ship them with no quality control. There were loose wires and things going on inside that I wasn't initially aware of. Safe to say I have had my SkyTechGaming PC now for a month and so far, I am in love with it.

Considering all the negative reviews, i was kinda skeptical about my purchase but when getting the product in hand everything was super nice and cable management was mint. Only had it for less than a week but everything seems up to par. For the specs and parts used, this pc is a monster build. Highly recommend skytech gaming pre-builds.

This rig is so good, coming from console (Ps5 and Series x) this pc can do so much at once and be able to stream and play games at the same time at 200+ fps like thats insane. The case is ginormous but besides that its a really really good pc would 100% recommend

This is my fourth Skytech computer and every single time it requires troubleshooting just to get it going. The PC arrived in perfect condition as far as I can tell, they’ve gotten much better at packaging. I did the whole setup PC part including connecting to my wifi. Once the computer was finished with that I see firstly that it’s windows 7 and not windows 10 or 11 and then secondly that the networks aren’t even showing. The computer also automatically downloaded third party apps to do with their company and something else which is okay I guess but I’m sure most customers prefer a clean version of windows for a sense of security. I tried all basic troubleshooting to get my internet to work however the computer kept giving me network errors. I restart my computer to hopefully rectify this however it doesn’t. I turn off the PC and check the seating of the wifi card and everything else.. everything seems up to par. I then reset the computer entirely and go through the setting up process again but now it won’t show wifi as an option. I uninstalled their wifi card and installed my own just to make it work. The pc installed windows 10 with an automatic update for 11 and thus far it has been smooth sailing. TLDR; arrived in great shape however network card didn’t work so used my own. Also installed windows 7 initially instead of 10. Was able to get it up and running and had been fine so far. Play intensive graphics games smoothly.

Works like a charm. Great value for them money, and very simple to set up for someone like me who was afraid putting a pc together might be too difficult. No issues so far after about 16 hours of play time.
