I wasn't expecting much from this item however I was very satisfied with the speed, reliability, function of the hp hard drive.

I had one problem after another getting this thing set up and I am still not happy. Connecting to HP to run the updates was a nightmare. I couldn't find a contact number for Support on the computer so I went online to HP Support official site and ended up with some guys in India who cleaned it up for $299 US. Of course they told me my network was infected but I don't think that was the case. Maybe you will have better luck than I. I have a 10 year old laptop that runs faster than this.

Waited longer than expected to get service but then all questions were answered and purchase completed smoothly. Taking awhile to get used to Windows 10 vs. Windows Vista but is a great computer for my needs.

Need a desktop and this was the cheapest available with the best features.

Replaced an old version of office pro in a older desktop. Saves alot of space and does what I need it to .

This computer is so sloooooooooow I want to toss it in the garbage. Took it to Geek Squad and they could not do anything and even ordered the wrong parts to upgade the RAM. The Geek Squad rep knew nothing about the product and even had to look it up on his smart phone. Come to find out Best Buy does not support RAM upgrade for this computer. I am beyond very dissatisfied with this computer. Only purchase this computer if you want the slowest computer every made. PURE JUNK

I just need to run office apps so this works fine. Some setup work may be needed to manage the extras.

This is a no-frills computer. We purchased it for my mom to give to our dad. It will meet his needs.

First off, if you're into gaming or using lots of software than this computer probably isn't the best choice for you, but if you are using it for web based work/activities, than this computer is a lot of bang for the buck. I bought 4 of them for some of my sales guys to use and have had 0 issues with them. All of our work is web based with the exception of some MS Office stuff, but these computers are quick enough for our needs and sold at a great price.

This computer is great. Very compact and light, perfect for my small business. Has met all of my needs!

I like this system and as HP Brand too as I did purchase a laptop of HP Compaq Presario in 2004 from Best buy and trade in the same when I ordered for this online..

We have purchased a few of this [or very similar model] for both home and business because we don't need anything fancy for gaming, but the storage and "power" on this one work really well. It's a dependable computer and we have had no problems with these. I used to buy HP CPU's and then went away from them for a while, but these current models work really well and we are very satisfied with them.

Computer is easy to use and i would recommend it. Very reasonable in price also!

Very fast for normal computer work. I do not game. Very good value for the price.

My PC that I built many many years ago gave out. My wife purchased this for me so that I can still keep up with social media and web surfing..not a gaming PC but a good dependable one for everyday use. Wish it had more than 4gb memory
