You get over 30 channels for $30/mo, and with the discount, comes to $18/mo for the first two months. Excellent option if you're looking to cut the cord, but still want access to some of the most popular cable networks. Note, there is an orange and blue option to let users choose more of a news/entertainment OR sports package. Basically, "orange" has the ESPNs, while "blue" has about a dozen more channels. Also, allows for 10 hours of DVR, which is super handy. We were paying $125/mo for satellite, so savings of nearly $100/mo on the television bill, Sling was a no-brainer.

It did not have the channels I wanted so I saw no reason to use it. I know streaming products are good. I went to an alternate, but Directv made a comparable discount and it saved on my bandwidth so I took it.

I loved Sling TV when I used it. I now use YouTube TV. Sling didn't have the local channels like YouTube TV does. If you don't care about getting the local channels, or can get it over the air, then it's great.

Sling saved our lives !!! Bills game was only on NFL Network and got to watch playoff game !!! Bills should have won … Picture quality OK - Netflix and Amazon Video have much better picture quality - Limited content

We received the Sling TV free when we purchased a new TV. It was nice and happy with the free time. We live in a rural area so streaming TV is difficult for us at times but Sling was ok

If they didn't charge extra for specific packages and just offer it like other services do then it would be way better. Also way limited cloud dvr space than the competition

It's a good service, especially since you can add packages and cancel at any time. Too bad you can't watch the SF Giants games since they couldn't make a deal with the provider

Looks like current is one card per account. But easy to redeem at Sling and came with extra $10 best buy gift card too so essentially saving money, will buy more if best buy allows.

I liked this app for TV shows I wanted to watch, but then stopped using it. This space is becoming very competitive and so are the apps that will give you on-demand shows and movies.

Never used the free item came with purchase, if u have other subscription service, sling is not necessary unless u have too much time on your hand to watch randoms stuff

Sling has great pricing and a great product. The selection isn't as good as some other streaming services, but if you are looking for a minimalistic way to watch TV, this is it.

There’s no doubt there is an unlimited number of streaming services today. Using sling tv works for some more than it works for others. It’s all a matter of preference.

not all the same perks of having a standard cable package but it does give you good amount of viewing options. Its also more customizable than your standard cable packages

Sling TV is worth trying out mammon's the many streaming services. I'm still in between deciding (likely you tub tv) but this one does a good job. Will depend on what channels you're interested in.

I decided to cut the cord from my cable company and went with Sling. Very happy with both Orange/Blue packages. They are adding channels from time to time and the feed is crystal clear.

We ended up switching to sling. Pretty good library of ondamand stuff. Reasonably priced but no live tv Going to switch back to cable provider once we get intro pricing back.

If you're tired of cable this could be a good alternative. Comes with a lot of the major channels and it's as easy as using any app on your smart tv.

have only used sling services for limited time. Like many I have tried to limit my paid services. with so many options this may serve some well.

We cut the cord/satellite and signed up for Sling. Still have sling along with other streaming apps. I like the guide but they show some double channels. That makes it annoying for scrolling through channels. I did switch to YouTube TV for about eight months. That that cost twice as much and you don’t get much more. So we switch back to sling. I’m just happy we’re not paying DIRECTV outrageous amounts of money. I can use that money for so many other things and I get the same channels.

I enjoyed the 2 free months and used them to compare with other services. I changed to a different service that provided more of what we wanted (even though the other service is a bit more.)
