Returned. The installation guy said that this does not work for stacked units.

We ordered this because according to the description it had a range of installation dimensions that fit our house and was less bulky than the hose. It didn't mention that it required a certain clearance from the wall and this would push the dryer out so it would not be flush with the washer. It was about two inches off. It might just be unique to our installation. The installer had a hose and installed with it.

Doesn’t fit. Found another one. Thank you. Don’t have anything else to add.

It was the wrong Recommendation even though I went back to Best Buy 3 times in regards to the matter in total had four visits to my home I personally had to go to a hardware store and buy the right equipment had 2 new dryers and is still not working correctly so very dismayed.!!

We thought this would work for our dryer vent connection but it was too big for our space

The Product is fine, but the pro's who came out to install my dryer told me to use regular hose even after I bought this periscope type. It is more difficult to install and after they installed my dryer, I could see why it isn't. Regular hose will be flexible enough for most installations.

The in-store clerk said this was the dryer vent hook up needed to install the dryer. So I made the in-store purchase while I was buying the dryer. When the technician installed my dryer, this was not the correct item I neeeded. The technician was very nice and had the correct item on his truck. So the dryer installation was not delayed.

Purchased a Smart Choice Periscope Dryer Vent when a new gas dryer was purchased. Installers stated this was too difficult to install and not user-friendly when needing to clean behind the dryer. Returned this item for credit.

Seemed like a great idea, but did not fit dryer and wall duct, also would not have reduced spacing, took it back

I knew this before buying but others may not. You have to cut the vent pipe down to size. Other than that it's over priced compared to other home improvement stores but Best Buy did price match, so ask for that when buying since a vent is required for installation and warranty.

Would not work with my new LG dryer, does not fit, to save any space.

Can not rate this product because it did not fit where we wanted to use it so we had to return it.

There is nothing wrong with this product, but the problem with it is that the input and output are on opposite sides. There are other products that are adjustable (both lengthwise and so that the input/output can be on same or opposite sides) that are a much better alternative.

This small vent didn't work in our space. We needed the flexible hose.

The technician came two times but still didn’t fix the dryer vent.

Ok product but I might look for something better soon. Just seems cheap and flimsy.

Inconvenient to install, to use it you need an extension.

not easy to use, apparently missing parts. you need to cut down to size, instructions are a mess not worth it

I have told anyone that would listen that this would not work. I fixed it a short piece of vent tube, works great

When purchasing our dryer it said we needed this to hook it up and we didn’t so I had to return it to store it was home delivered
