Great for getting my dryer close to the wall. Also a clean look behind the dryer.

Dryer periscope vent review. Really doesn't offer more room behind the dryer which is why it was purchased in order to get the dryer to fit inside the laundry closet. Even the smallest size dryer still doesn't fit.

I am not sure how and if you can mess up a dryer vent. As far as I know, this vent works just fine.

Works as expected, but when it is shortened you have to have snips to cut off the excess of b0th ends.

I had to return this because it was too long for my dryer. It would make my dry stick out too far and I would not be able to shut my laundry room door.

If you want your dryer as close to the wall this works great. It's easy to install or they will install for you if you have dryer delivered overall works great no lint comes out as I had that problem previously. We have our dryer out on floor we live on and have to keep it close to wall or it would stick out so this worked out great

Looks good, good quality... hardest part is install, which is easy

This was a great purchase. We have a slim area for a dryer vent and the old style round vent just would always be in the way or a hole would punch through. This was the answer to all of our issues.

Helps save space. Sealed with furnace tape and all good!

Had the installers use this to install my dryer instead of the parts the machine came with and was very happy with how much space it saved. The original installers wouldn't place the machine in the designated spot because there wasn't enough room on the platform to accommodate the machine... this part saved the day and it gives the space a clean smart look.

Another piece that you have to purchase separately because the one it comes with is not long enough. Manufacturers sure know how to get the consumer.

Third time I have had to replace this dryer vent first time buying the Smart Choice product. After one year I have had no issues. Easy to install and quality of product seemed to be better then others. The adjustable height feature worked great to allow for a perfect fight. I would fore sure buy this vent again.

After the flexible dryer hose that the Best Buy salesman force on us and the lack of parts carried by the installation /delivery staff from Best Buy force an incomplete instillation; we brought this part and saw it down to fit with a hacksaw. It now fits well, and works great.

Our new dryer did not fit in the space we had except for the periscope dryer vent. It was an excellent solution for exactly what we needed. A simple periscope dryer vent made it possible for us to keep the model dryer we purchased by saving just enough space against the wall of the laundry area.
