I had a very limited area that my new dryer would fit in, and I thought that I may need this piece to make it fit, and be able to close the door in my laundry "closet". The regular one did work for the installers, and I didn't need this one, so I returned it.

We purchased this rigid telescoping dryer vent hookup for our new dryer. Unfortunately we had to return it due to where our vent is located which would have pushed the dryer out to far so we ended up with a flexible hose.

This is pretty low profile and works good in a small laundry room. Flexible enough to pull out from the wall to disconnect.

This periscope dryer vent was the Perfect solution for venting the dryer without trying not to Crimp a FLEXIBLE hose. It let us get the dryer as close to the wall as we wanted to!

Nothing wrong with the vent itself. Just be aware that this vent cannot be installed if the dryer vent isn't vertically aligned with the wall connection.

The product works as advertised and allows for the dryer to be much closer to the wall than otherwise possible.

Since Best Buy was installing the dryer, I purchased this connection just in case it worked better than the flexible connection. The box was returned opened.

It is a good idea to replace your old venting when replacing your old dryer unit. This kit is easy to use and comes with everything you need.

I bought this thing to be install in my new dryer but it wasn't the correct model. I had to go to the store, return this one and get the other model that fix my needs. The quality seems the same!!! Make sure before buying it which model will fix correctly.

Fits perfect. Just as described. We have a small area and this is what was needed to make it work.

This particular vent did not fit because of my gas connector being in the way. Best Buy would not let me return it because one had to be purchased with installation. The only one that would work for me was purchased elsewhere.

This is a great product to be able to move your dryer closer to the wall. Unfortunately, I had to return in and get a larger size online. I had no idea that is was possible that the outlet was more than 2ft away from the cord.

We tried to install this type of vent for our new dryer, but unfortunately it did not work in our particular situation. We had to return it to the store. I am sure that it would work for other installations.

I am not all familiar with dryer vent hook-ups, but it seems to work as described. It was installed by best buy so I am not sure on the ease of use.
