Fine cable, excellent customer service

Best Buy employee added the 3 prong cable to my purchase but when we got in the house we found out it was 4 prong. Upon delivery the guys that unloaded and installed the washer, dryer and fridge immediately swapped it out for a 4 prong at no charge and promptly installed it. Cable looks to be of good quality and does not get hot while in use.
