The product is well built, had no issues during installation. Just make sure you know where the eyelet terminal connections go, if you need help with that call/contact the manufacture that made your product and ask for help on installing a 4 pong connection.

I bought this because I was told it was necessary in order for Best Buy to install my dryer. However, I already had one that worked fine with my previous dryer. It does the job, but I felt like I was just pushed into buying it when my previous cord would have worked fine.

Works perfectly for my Samsung Dryer. Keep an eye on the number of pins supported for your dryer board as this comes in 3 pin and a 4 pin variant.

It was just like the one I installed when I first moved into my house. I was told that it had to be professionally installed to maintain the warranty. The professional didn't do anything differently from what I did two years ago. It works like a charm.

Got to new house only to find out it was a 4-prong outlet and not the 3 prong put on when I bought the dryer a year before! Easy to install after watching a video online

We didn't need this item, however we experience a tremendous number of power surges in our area so I was glad to start with a cord that I knew for sure was not compromised in any way. It went on easily so I will call it a win-win situation.
