    I purchased a new Washer and Dryer in store and the salesman added everything required for the install. I paid $26.99 for the dryer stainless steel steam kit. Best Buy installed plastic and rubber parts. I only noticed because I needed to move my washer a few inches. The Y connector/adapter is plastic and there aren’t any stainless steel hoses. The washing machine hookup hoses were stainless and seem like good quality. I called BB customer service and they said I can go to the store to pick up the stainless steel kit. What? The kit is probably very good quality but I won’t know until I find time to get to the store. Check your hookup before they leave your house if you choose to have Best Buy do the install. No boxes are left behind so you might not know it you can’t see behind your machines.

    Disappointed that the description says stainless but the installed one does not look to be stainless. It is working so far but don't know for how long

    If you have BestBuy do the install, you need to verify they used all the parts, and did not leave an old hose in place. The hose between the faucet on the wall, and the y splitter were not installed. In the attached photos, see the rubber hose? That should not be there. It should have been replaced with the parts from the kit.
