Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They said we had to provide new hoses for installation but they not only showed up with these but the was also a set with the machine (not very good ones but still came with) and we went and bought a set since we were told they were not provided. So we took this set and kept the ones that came with the washer and returned the ones we purchased. So yes confusion.
