    We purchased a new refrigerator and got free installation if we purchased this stainless steel waterline. I am glad that we did because the old copper waterline developed a slight leak. This one cannot kink and is less likely to ever leak.

    I needed to replace the old one. So far it looks and feels good quality but I know I would have to change it some year later. A little overpriced but BestBuy force you to buy this with the installation .

    The fellows installing it “stuck to it” and were able to get the refrigerator set up and working. BUT it was the wrong one! We had to wait to get the 4 door one that we did order.

    The new water hook up kit was much nicer than the one on our previous refrigerator. This one is like the type that is installed on washers—-there’s no way it will burst! We feel more comfortable with this type of water hook up.

    Very impressed with the quality of this hose. The refrigerator line in my last house was of very poor quality. The connections snug well with no leaks and with the metal hose you don' t have to worry about pinching the line.

    When I purchase the fridge, I needed this to connect to the water supply. So I bought this one recommended by Bestbuy. Seems to be working fine. The fridge was only installed yesterday, so hopefully it will continue to work well.
