If you have hard lines ran to the area behind your fridge this is the kit for you. If you have only a loose tube then you need to go to the hardware store and get the fittings needed before in the fridge is installed.

This water line works as it should with our new LG Fridge. Easy hook up and I had Best Buy deliver and install. Can't say it looks good since I don't see it. Don't forget to add this to your new fridge purchase!

I am not exactly mechanically inclined so I purchased the service from Best Buy to install using this item. They had no issues installing where there was previously no connection and it took merely minutes.

I bought a new refrigerator. I'm glad they make you buy a new waterline kit. I feel secure knowing it should not leak more have any problem. The guys were efficient.

As a contractor, I recommend all water lines in the house to be stainless steel hose and nothing different. It's a good product to use and install in my customers house. Giving me both and the homeowner a good piece of mind.

The vendor contacted me the day after I ordered the service to set up an appointment. He was very professional. When I told him my washer was delivered a day earlier I let him know and he graciously moved up the appointment. They did a good job.

Last waterline was plastic and I said NEVER AGAIN! This steel one has worked great. After flushing the water and ice a few times, there have been no issues of buildup or a strange taste.

When you get a new frig this is what you need to have to get the installation done correctly and free. If you have a relatively new refrigerator, this is unnecessary, but you have to buy it to get the free stuff.

Definitely needed when setting up the fridge. I really can't say much more than it's needed and must be used with setting up the fridge.

If you need a hoe to install in the kitchen and the wifey will love it

As good a quality as this item was, we didn’t need it (already had one installed from previous fridge that works just fine!). However, the installation was great!

We were required to purchase new fridge water hook up kit in order for our 5 yrs extended warranty plan to be valid. We didn't regret doing it, as it gives us a piece of mind, knowing there won't be a leak ( if installed properly ).

Works as intended. No problems at all for a simple item after one month

On my old fridge I had solid copper line which this replaced giving more dependability from flooding plus gives very quiet serving of water to the unit.

I'm not sure how to review a hose but the parts all seem to work fine in making the unit work. Everything that we needed to set up the unit was in the box.
