Originally bought this to go with our new refrigerator, but the installers determined our existing water line was just fine, so we returned it.

Great choice when installing a new refrigerator. Installer did a great job using this kit. Made it easy for them.

I didn't really have a choice as to whether to purchase this item or not, since Best Buy would not install the refrigerator I bought (see my review on Samsung) unless I purchased this along with the refrigerator. It works; what more can I ask for?

It was a great purchase price wise and quality. Not to mention the amazing customer service we received form all Best Buy staff. It made our experience very enjoyable and our fridge is fantastic, we are very pleased with our selection.

Well...it was a necessity for the refrigerator I also purchased -- so the fact that it actually delivers water to my fridge is helpful. In all seriousness, it is more flexible than my previous fridge line -- that is a nice feature.

Used this stainless steel waterline kit to replace copper . Was told that it would help prevent leaks and last for extended period of time. Only owned short time but seems to be doing its job.

This is much better than the cheap plastic hoses you normally see on refrigerators. This hose will likely last for the life of the refrigerator.

Excellent quality parts, and has all the pieces to do exactly what we needed. Hook up was simple and quick and the package came with the extra fittings just in case.

The microwave looks and works great for what I can figure out. It doesn’t come with a manual so had to jump through hoops, finding eventually on internet using serial no . just to reset the clock. A+ on baking potatoes in it…they are cooked perfectly and like oven baked, they are ‘fluffy’ inside! Note: only had a couple weeks.

Easy to hook up and worked well. Had to get it because I bought a new fridge and got it delivered.

I was mandated to purchase this kit because I purchased a new refrigerator and they said I had to have it for liability issues. Seems to work fine and it was easy for the installers to install.

Water flows through this. Out of all the things that plug into my fridge, this one has water in it.

Looks to be a high quality Stainless Steel Braided line as promised. Note length was 6' which allows room to pull the fridge out, but may be too short if your water connection point is not directly behind the fridge.

Great unit worked well Best Buy installed it good.
