    The part that I took back was what's the best part and set up I had ever seen and if I ever need to replace the copper line that I already have I definitely would buy this product

    Came with the fridge and installation service and as they are behind the device I never see them. They went on quickly and with no fuss and as I have not had a leak they must work!

    This product was too short for my needs. The installation company used a longer water line to connect my new LG Refrigerator to my Kitchen Sink. So I returned this product with my receipt and got a full refund. No problemo!

    Its required to buy this if you want them to hook up the water line for you. It makes sense to have a nice flexible line instead of just bending copper tube even time you pull the fridge out for cleaning.
