    No problem making the hookup. The previous owner did not use the water for the refrigerator, so we were dumping the first few bins of ice to make sure we were getting clean water. Great hookup package.

    The installation was clear and easy (I did it myself) and the water quality is great. instructions were much clearer than I imagined they would/could be for an installation...so if I can do it, I'm sure most folks can.

    Hose has two ends. On each ends there is a joke that. Both holes are connected through the hose. Great for transporting water from one end to the other. It does not leak.

    Exactly as pictured. Only needed to reuse an adapter that was on the old refrigerator water line. Hook up was easy and went without incident.
