    If you purchase the Samsung 28.2 cu. ft. 4 door French door refrigerator with thru the door ice and water stainless steel, you must purchase this item. Me personally, I think it should come with it.

    If you have them install your fridge you have to purchase this product. They want to make sure that everything is working properly so that they do not need to return again. This was no problem for me becasuse I needed one anyways so that I can use all the functions on my fridge.
