Great quality, gets the job done! This was required with my refrigerator purchase and I was surprised whenever I saw how good quality it seemed to be at install.

The installer was very efficient and careful in removing old waterline and installing the new one.

We purchased a new refrigerator from Bestbuy and it was recommended by the wonderful sales agent to purchase a replacement waterline. Easily installed and nothing beats clean, fresh water out the fridge!!

At first I was going to go with my old waterline but after seeing this steel reinforced hose decided it was well worth getting for a small price. I am confident that it should last a lifetime.

Proper equipment the gas line, easy to install by qualified gas person and is an important safety item.

While it may seem that you don’t need a new waterline, it makes sense to replace the waterline when you replace the refrigerator. Leaks do occur and a new hose every 10 year’s is a good idea.

Old Water Line exposed on Fridge. Plenty of length if you need to pull fridge out. Coils up nice when pushed back all the way.

This would have worked great for my waterline but they said I didn't need it since I already had cooper tubing installed for the previous fridge. So I returned it and they didn't have any issues with it.

Stays cold. Cant complain. Easy installation. Wouls buy again if needed.

If you have them install your fridge you have to purchase this product. They want to make sure that everything is working properly so that they do not need to return again. This was no problem for me becasuse I needed one anyways so that I can use all the functions on my fridge.

I had the delivery people install it when the refrigerator came so there was no need for me to do anything with it. The installation took them no time at all. This product is doing its job so far!
