Unfortunately you dont have a choice to purchase or not if Best Buys hooks up you refrigerator. Good product, nothing above the others.

I bought this after my Samsung Fridge was installed and I realized that I did not have a waterline. Happy to say that it was easy to install and, a few weeks later, I do not have any issues.

All the pieces required to install the Waterline Kit were in the box, and the installation went together seamlessly.

Waterline kit works like a charm, you have to get one ,dont want to use the old one. Didn't get my reward points for the purchase hope i at least get the points for the review.

Always purchase a new water line hose if installing new or fixing an old refrigerator. This flexible connection is awesome, reasonably priced and easy to hook up. A Must Have.

The kit is complete but the best part is the delivery people will install everything if you buy it together at Best Buy when getting your appliance..

They recommended this waterline and that's all I can tell you. Best buy installation crew was professional, efficient and honest because they used the prior waterline that was in my newer house. The prior Samsung frig blew up five times but they were able to use the waterline again. Plus they gave me a cash refund shortly after installation of new frig. Moral of the story is ... 1. Recent Samsung frigs have horrible issues with their automatic ice makers! 2. Best buy sales and service men in Mechanicsburg rock! 3. LG frigs are awesome. We love it!! 4. Waterlines ... I don't have a clue :)

We had to purchase this waterline kit to have our new refrigerator freezer ice maker connected to the existing ice maker water supply. Everything works properly.

Best Buy adds this item to every refrigerator purchase with a waler/ice dispenser. This is good, as some people may not have thought of it or their old one may be in bad shape. They charge you for it, but do allow you to return it for a full refund, which I did do.
