A Water Line is needed for proper function

too short for our needs

So, when the 10 standard hose was installed we found that we couldn't move the frig over to center it under the cabinet above, not even by an inch!! Sooo, we were told that we would have to pay for a longer hose and we ended up replacing it ourselves. It was a real pain in the you-know-what! Other than that the hose is of superior quality as long as you are told about the length ahead of time and are given the choice!

On the day of scheduled install I never received a phone call with a narrower time frame nor did anyone show up. I called Best Buy and whoever they had contracted to do the install told them they called my number and no one answered... I had no missed calls nor voicemails. Confirmed the number with Best Buy and they had the correct number. I don't understand why the contractor wouldn't contact Best Buy and ask them to contact me. My buddy and I installed the waterline ourselves and it works fine.
