    I was told that if I upgraded to this water connection........ my new refrigerator would be moved and installed wherever I wanted it, connected, doors aligned, and leveled too ........ everything I needed. It was a no-brainer for me, and well worth the extra dollars just to have them level it. Last refrigerator I bought was not, and it's harder than you think it is.

    So much better than a plastic water line. Seems sturdy and made well so should hold up over time. Not easy to kink.

    Got the installation for my refrigerator and this had to be purchased. Item is high quality but you can find it elsewhere for a much lower price. I could’ve done a price match but I ordered online. Anyways, this review is for the waterline kit. 5 stars! Save yourself a few bucks and install yourself and get the waterline kit elsewhere or price matched.

    Sends water to my refrigerator like a champ. Hasn't leaked yet - however just installed it. It would make more sense to review this after a year or two but here I am.

    They install of my new refrigerator was five star install and honestly, I have learned from someone else’s mishap that is very important to go with the stainless steel connection to the refrigerator for water and ice as there are plastic line burst and ruined their whole first floor of their home.

    Easy to follow instructions. Basic tools and basic skills needed to install this tubing connector kit. Support help noted on the easy to follow instructions, if you have questions, but not really needed.

    It was just a snap to hook up the waterline kit! I truly enjoy being able to get ice and cold water from the new frig! My granddaughter will love this too. She used to try to get water out of my old frig but it had stopped working! She'll love this feature!

    Good quality, better than what the delivery guys uninstalled from the old refrigerator. The delivery guys did the installation. They also took out all the blue tape inside the refrigerator and did the complete installation and hauled away all the packing materials.
