This is required for installation of a dryer. Without it, you will vent everything into the laundry room. The installation guys put everything in quickly.

Once more we needed to purchase this new vent kit for our new dryer. It has worked great with our new appliance.

This vent is just what I needed. Made it easy for me to put my new washer dryer set together without searching for a vent.

This is a required piece for some installs. Please check with sales associate if this is what you require for your install. some require a rigid kit and some need the flexible install kit.

my regular vent caused the dryer to be too far from wall so that my laundry room door wouldn't close... this fixed the issue!

The vent itself is fantastic and we like the angle adapters that connect it to the wall and dryer itself. However, the bad thing with the angle adapters is that they are large and the dryer sticks out from the wall 9" to accommodate for the space needed for the angle adapters. It doesn't appear that this design can be modified as there needs to be a proper diameter for air to exit the dryer vent. If you have the additional 9" to spare and then I'd say this is an excellent dryer vent kit. If you're dryer is in a closet then this probably won't work for your needs.

This was purchased along with our washer & dryer set. At the time of install, we had no issues with the dryer vent kit.

I ended up not needing the elbows for my installation. everything worked well and fit well. Next time I would look elsewhere for the hose only for my particular install.

This was a nice metal hose that work perfectly for our connection. It would have been nice if it was included in the dryer package but no issues installing it.

Made replacing my old foil based dryer hose a breeze. Pro tip: use a longer flat head screw driver to make securing the brackets even easier.
