am referring to the second ones who came and perfectly installed- very carefully and professionally set up the attachment needed. i say it again"very very careful and real professionals. They even explained piece by piece and show me how it is supposed to be, because i showed them the improper installation they did, imposing it is ok - that thats how it is to be... (i beg to disagree... i sent pictures to Nicholas... but thankfully grateful- you sent 2 angels!!

Sturdy product with good quality. Watch out for tight spaces, may not fit well, if you have very little space between the machine and back wall.

Nice to have all the needed components in one box but if you want to customize your set-up, or you already have some of the parts then you can probably do without this. The individual parts should all be available at the big box hardware stores.

This is a new style dryer vent and not a chintzy one at all very well-built. Add this professionally installed with the washer and dryer worth every penny especially for warranty peace of mind.

Sure, you could have used the old vent hook up, but it's dented, and although you could clean it out, brining in a new kit was easier and made more sense.

Harder sides than the old more flexible hose. Should move air better. Negstive is you need a couple extra inches between the dryer and the walk. But I like it.

Once I was able to bend the female end of the vent from the house, these attachments fit like a glove. Recommend buying this product for any one that has tight spaces behind their dryer.
