A necessary part for my new washer and dryer but works well and was easy to install.

Purchased this vent kit for my dryer. Seemed to be a perfect fit from the back of the dryer to the wall. No issues installing.

This product is great, so much better than the flimsy, old, and way too flexible duct I had on my old dryer. I was skeptical of the claims that it would just rotate into the proper position when finally connected to the dryer and the exhaust vent, but it worked like a dream. I had to install this kit myself, as it constituted a special problem for the delivery guys and they did not do this. I am a decently qualified DIYer, and I managed it fine. But this kit is clearly more efficient and safer than my old system, and I highly recommend replacing older ducts with this kit.

No issues with the installation of it. Instructions could be a little more clear.

We purchased this item for our Whirlpool washer & dryer set, which we purchased from Best Buy as well. This product worked as stated and did the job. The installation was quick and easy. The vent fit in our allocated space well.

We have a narrow space for hooking up the dryer and I was concerned this wouldn't work. Installers had no trouble with this at all and it was better than the original one we had in place for 18 years. Highly recommend.

I was not sure that I would need this when I was first shopping online. Decided to buy it and have it included with my install of my new dryer. It is a very good quality product and glad I am decided to purchase this. Easy to install.

We actually had to return this item when installing our dryer simply because it was not long enough. However, we did open the box and everything was there for an easy install. Unfortunately, we needed a more flexible product.

This was a easy installation for my dryer. The only thing I was disappointed about is there was no White cover frame for the vent to put on the outside. Most of them come with it, but this one, for some reason did not so I had to buy it separately and it wasn’t easy to find it separately without buying another kit

Obviously this is one of those parts you take for granted but I did notice when the service man was installing it to the dryer, it appeared to be a high quality pipe and the kit came with all of the parts for a very professional install

If you're going to spend your next 4 paychecks on a fancy new clothes dryer, why would you use an old, cracked vent hose? Spring for that pretty, shiny, vent hose and kit and get it done right.

If you opt for installation when you purchase a dryer this item is required. You need to purchase it, but it can't be installed without it. It does what it needs to do and is the correct product for the job.

I bought this along with my dryer. The best buy installers came and installed it within 30 minutes, which included unboxing and setup. The vent looks sturdy but its also flexible. So far it has not given me any problems. Thumbs up for the installers.

Easy to install and great quality is all I can say about this product. I could have gone with the cheaper type hook up kit but you get what you pay for. In my opinion this product was a great choice and I'd recommend it to anyone.
