Great vent set up. With the swiveling joints it makes it very easy to install.

Poor installation. The service installed a vertical loop with the semi-rigid vent which is problematic. It can could cause lint to settle and eventually cause a fire. Could also stop the dryer to function according to the manual The old vent went straight true ( approx 8 inches long) . No need for this. You need to provide better training to the service team. I paid $30 for this and it was worthless and dangerous. I expect to get refund for this

The kit comes with what you need to hook up your dryer vent. The fasteners were difficult to tighten. It helps to have a second person helping.

Unpacked the washer the day after I got it and found the to crushed in despite the foam packaging. It’s a stackable and need to know if you still San stack the dryer on top ?

The silver vent connection is too stiff and wrinkled when connected to the machine and air vent which causes the machine to register an air vent error.

The team came and installed the dryer but dryer was not working properly. One day when we checked at back of machine the pipe was all smashed. Really disappointed by this time.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Best Buy (BB) sold me a box of used parts covered in lint and old tape still attached. I called BB and they refused to let me talk to a manager. They connected me to a woman in India who barely spoke English. Terrible customer service.

When the Best Buy installers installed our dryer, they bent the vent so much that it collapsed in one section and therefore it will not vent. Very disappointed in the quality of this vent and the quality of the installation.

Purchased and had dryer installed but tech put old hose on frim existing dryer. Where is our refund for the one we purchased? The dryer vent man who did our vents put one on because the old one installer put on was too short for new dryer.

Horrible, once bent, cannot be bent back. The installers pushed my dryer back and crushed it. I had to go out and buy a whole brand new one.

Poorly installed by Best buy installers. They threw away half of it. tried taping to the outside vent. Looks like a lint trap.

New one Never got installed, it was left the old one.

Do not let them force you to buy this. It's not worth it. Get the flexible one. Mine broke in less than 6 months.
