Worked well with new install. Good product for washing machine

The installation crew determined that our existing dryer vent (relatively new) was appropriate and sufficient for the installation. This allowed us to return the new one for a refund, which was much appreciated. As stated, I did look at the packaged new dryer vent, and it looked like a very good one. If I ever need a new one I will likely go with Best Buy.

The dryer vent is good quality and easy and quick to install.

The Samsung Washer and Dryer open from different sides which caused me to switch the postion of my Washer to the right side of my Dryer. The extra length of this vent kit allowed me to do this. It is sturdy and well built. Much easier to have the doors open on opposite sides which allows for an easier transfer of the damp clothes into the Dryer

We ordered a new dryer and had to order this per the installation requirements of best buy. when the tech arrived to install the dryer he told ya that our existing vent kit was sufficient and as returned this. really appreciated the tech giving us the option instead of just replacing a part that perfectly functional.

I bought this due to my old one having a leak. For the value, this was a great buy. You can spend the same amount of money on this as you could with a cheaper quality one from competitors.

This vent is great however because my machine was in a very tight spot I couldn't use it and had to buy an adjustable thin slide and fabricate to make it fit my spot. As long as you have about a foot of space behind your machine this will work great but if you don't have more than 6 inches don't get this kind go for the flat adjustable slide they sell at Home Depot or lowes

The product is easy to install. It connects securely to the machines and the wall.

Nothing is more upsetting than buying an appliance and it’s missing the necessary pieces and accessories! Our sales associate recommended we include this item to our order since they were coming to install the washer and dryer. Definitely needed to replace the old vent line and appreciated the recommendation.
