Fine, but should be slightly longer

Our dryer is in a basement (older house), so it would have been great to have the venting tube be slightly longer--to ensure that it would reach from the bottom of the dryer up to the outside vent.

easy to hook up clean

Ordered washer and dryer Nov. 9. Did not not get right kit and washer/ dryer stacked till Dec. 6. Had two very stressful Holidays. Still love best Buy, just still not happy. Dryer vent easy to hook up and keep clean.

Learned a lot

Did buy a extension piece and barely had enough, figure a little extra. Also the Best Buy installers explained to me they cannot vent thru a wall or floor. So I'm trying to install the vent line thru a floor as the BB installers put the W/D in. It all worked out.

Not Necessary for our unit

Was easily returned for a full refund. It wasn't necessary because we measured the LG dryer before purchase and my husband custom cut the dryer vent space in the wall to perfectly align with the new dryer. The delivery team was very helpful in facilitating the return.

It Works, but No Oval Adapter

The dryer kit from Best Buy did not come with an adapter for an oval vent, but the Best Buy installers were able to make it work by using clamps and tape. They said they run into oval vents more and more, so I think Best Buy's dryer kit should come with an oval adapter.
